Hi. Same issue. I have tried multiple times to cancel (just so I can possibly select a different level). However, I never get any response from "rocket gate" when I attempt to cancel through my profile page. Nor, do I get any response from support when I email directly. I hope I can resolve it without just having to stop payment through my bank!

iStripper Billing Support is only available
Monday through Friday during Paris Business Hours.

If you send a billing request on a Friday,
The earliest you should expect to get any reply is
after Support returns to the Office on a Monday.
