I accidentally pressed the add to collection button of the recent new year Weekend Sales. This has resulted in my paying for 5 cards which i do not want.

I have not yet even downloaded any of the cards i purchased. I would like know if there is anyway i can submit a request to the said credits. I have been quite the loyal customer and wish that totem would be merciful this holiday season.

Yes, open a ticket with customer service,
But it may not take place till after the New Year.
it's Friday, and the Team in Paris, is gone for the Weekend, and Monday is the New year...

But they will Credit you back for an Honest Mistake.
No one is ever taken advantage of or ripped off.
You just need to be patient till they get back into the Office in Paris and can fix it.

Thank you for the reply. I am fine with waiting. Good to know that totem isnt a scummy company.

How do i go about opening a ticket with customer service? Is there a link?

PS. In the mean time, go ahead and download and try them..
You might find one or more that you decide you want to keep any way.

Your trying them, won't affect the Team giving you a refund for your mistake.

are you using the Software Forum, or are you Using a Web Browser?

on the web this is the link then go to contact us to send an E-mail

https://www.istripper.com/support



in the Software along the top menu bar. there is a Circle with an i in it
click it to find customer service.
then start a new Ticket
