I'm using Safari on a Mac Pro. On a number of occasions I've tried to send a help message to Totem. The only link I can find on the Help page is the contact us link [email protected]. When I used that I get an automated reply:

Please send your request using our http://www.virtuagirl.com/help.php customer service system so that you get a more efficient & quick answer.

If you don't have a VirtuaGirl username yet to access our customer service system, you can email [email protected] and we will answer you within the best delays.

Perhaps this may be helpful.

If you click on the "Help" link and then the "Customer Service" link, you should get what's shown in the first screenshot. Clicking on one of the choices should present some common questions. Click on a question that fits your issue best and it will present a possible solution and a contact link, shown in the second screenshot, for you to click if the answer is no good for your situation. Clicking on that will provide you with the means, shown in the third screenshot, to send a message with more info.
