I got a Similar Message.
It Seems that the PM software, doesn't support Russian Characters and they get converted to Cyrillic Unicode character codes instead.

Not his Fault.

@WA and @Jashoda thanks, it's useful to know that Cyrillic Unicode is not supported in some cases.
Does it mean that if I want to send a message (PM) in Russian to my friend, this won't work?
