I'm running vista and any attempt to play a purchased card will crash my player. Free trailers work fine though.

Ive had a similar problem. After having the girls dance for a while, all of a sudden I would get this error that VGHD has stopped working and it would close. I can get it back on immediately after that though.

Any number of things might have gone wrong.
Most likely 2 are:
1. The downloaded files are corrupt. Corruption can happen in any way and the player may not be able to handle all possible inputs.
Resolution: Delete the download and try again.
2. The full shows are bigger files. They take more memory to load. It could be that you have sufficient memory to load the smaller trailers but not enough for the larger shows.
Investigation: Run task manager and see what happens to memory use on the performance tab.
Do you know which model is failing?
Note: The Nella trailers have caused problems in the past, maybe, one of those shows is causing problems?
