Following on with the "glass" show, here is another scene I made this afternoon for everyone.

Two shows, 1 girl and 3 girls, uses only Glass clips.

Antonia Sainz 0182 is the only show that falls out of the shower lol

I was going to ask which half, the top half of the card or the bottom half?

Maybe we need a user poll... Which half of the cards would you rather watch: the top or bottom?

you can try two things.
Must know your Username and Password
If you Don't know it
you can reset it here
( Use Letters and Numbers Only, no Punctuation )

Hi forum experts!

I'll start by saying I understand that running iStripper on Ubuntu with Wine is NOT supported, but I have it basically working, so I want to reach out to you about this issue in case you have some simple advice. Although desktop playback is glitchy, full screen playback is very good and that's all I need. I haven't tested audio because I don't really care about it.

I have 142 active cards and half of them play just fine; the other half don't. Every card released (or updated) in 2014 or later plays with no problem. Most, but not all, cards released in 2013 or earlier won't play. The success rate lessens the older the cards are. What's really strange is there are a few cards as far back as 2010 (and even one from 2008) that will play. Most of the ones of that age that will play are 1080p resolution. Most of the 720p cards will not play, but all 720p cards after 2013 will play. The one from 2008 that will play is 720p; that one is a0437.

Every time a clip fails to play, an entry appears in the log:

vhd: [CBaseAnimFile::sc_Open] WARNING["models:c0321/c0321_sc2_33502.vghd" animfile->Open() returned false.]

Of course, the referenced card number changes in the log entry based on which card failed to play.

Is there maybe just an older codec that I'm missing, or something simple like that? This is working well enough that I'm not going back to Windows, but I will really miss having those old favorite cards.

The above is copied and pasted from the ticket that I opened with support. They responded by asking for a screenshot and details of the error. I don't know how to give any more detail than I already have; I even listed for them every card number that won't play. And I don't know how to take a screenshot of something *not* happening.

So, I'm asking you wise gurus of the Forum--any thoughts? Thank you!

I understand you can't list the app on google or apple stores but plenty of apps are downloadable direct from the developers websites. Why wouldn't you want to offer an app that way?

I'm sure @Rex, @celine, the team & developers discussed this as the mobile version was being planned. They would be the best ones to answer the app / streaming question.

The mobile version is a companion to the desktop version, Not a replacement for it.

Totem will keep adding more cards to the mobile version. Up to 3 a week (pending technical problems) Remember the mobile version is still in beta so Totem is working to add features to it. @DankLurker. When you first go to the mobile app you need to make sure firstly that you are logged in - click on the three white bars, gives you a drop down which will either show your details (if you are logged in) or a login page.

When you are logged in you will see all the 33 possible shows displayed with a green sticker saying "Owned" across all those you own. If you click on one of those green-stickered shows it will play all the way through. If you don't own the show it will not be green-stickered and will only play the preview if you click on it.

You can of course view your collection by clicking on the middle icon on the bottom line of the screen. When you are in the collection if you click on the card it will start running. If you then swipe up you will show an options screen where you can then click "Add To Favourites" and that will then go on to create a list of favourites.

@snake53solid - when you encounter these issues on your iPad or phone, are you on wi-fi or are you relying on phone signal? Because the mobile works on streaming rather than downloading, it is possible that a lack of bandwidth or signal strength is affecting the show running.

You can actually make it an an app... sorta ... kinda.

Open the mobile site with mobile Chrome/Brave/any other chormium based browser > click the three dots (settings menu) > Save to Startscreen

Basically the same thing you can do with the desktop Browser Version where one specific site is treated like a seperate instance. (I do it with youtube and Tweetdeck - on the desktop version it even starts with all the addons you've installed (i.e. uBlock / Sponsor block)

Sure, makes sense. Maybe it would be beneficial if we could somehow create a playlist that automatically filtered on either vertical or horizontal orientations? Some food for thought, if nothing else.

Definitely agree about the symbol fading out after a few seconds. That would also make the orientation switching less of an issue.

Playing in the wrong orientation makes the model very small (as in, really much smaller than it needs to be...)It would be good to just be able to let the phone stay positioned vertically and have the zoom automatically adapt to a sensible level.

@DankLurker. The orientation of the phone fundamentally follows the orientation of the original show. The more vertical clips (standing and pole) translate into portrait; the table clips translate into landscape.

The aim in the mobile app is to create as large a complete image as possible - so if a girl lies down in a table clip, the best way to display that is by utilising the width in landscape format. If you tried to zoom in on a table clip in portrait format you would get significant truncation of the image - you can see that effect if you zoom in yourself using your two fingers.

If anything, the request that the symbol telling you to switch format would disappear after two seconds is more beneficial as you could then leave the phone in one position and control the zoom yourself.

I created a Playlist Generator that has some useful filter and sort capabilities. Nearly all cards have the model's age at the time the card was released. (This is not necessarily her age at the time it was recorded.) Unfortunately, sorting cards or models by age has a problem. Duo cards have two models who may have different ages. Some models made multiple sets of cards at different times so the same model may have cards with different ages. My Playlist Generator lets you filter by model age, but because of these ambiguities, it does not have a sort. If I were to add a sort, how would you suggest handling the ambiguous ages? Perhaps use the lowest?

The currect version, does let you sort by birthdate, but that isn't much help.

I noticed that the site's models page does not include models from the VG Classic cards. It seems that Totem resolves the multi-age issue by using the lowest age.

I've not tried it on my mobile phone yet. However, I have tried it in the web browser, Google Chrome, on my Chromebook. Works OK. As my Chromebook can fold into tablet mode I have a decent size screen to watch my shows on.

It's a pity that out of my 886 shows only 12 of them seem to be currently available in the mobile version.

l've managed to use the mobile website in the browser on my Oculus Go as well. The only annoying thing is the rotate screen symbol which is on top of the shows when the clip is in portrait mode. It's OK when the clip is in landscape mode as the symbol isn't there.

If you do have the songs in the music folder, in settings under volume control, where is the music on desktop slider at ?
And are the girls on the desktop ? The music will not play unless the girls are "doing their thing"

Would be better if there was a app to download from the istripper website like Pornhub has not that good thought the Browserbased setup

@gkar45 I have now added BOTH the VirtuGirl files from my VG folders and the same file I just downloaded and none of them play in Istripper. I also added another pop tune MP3 and that won't play either. The VirtuaGirl song I just downloaded will play outside of Istripper in Windows Media Player.

@gkar45 I have now managed to get the VirtuaGirl song onto the "playlist" with StripSong1. So when I click on the music icon I see 2 songs now. I checked the box for VirtuaGirlSong and the waveform moves but I still don't have any sound. Very weird! I'll keep trying though. I will now head to the other folder where the file is and try and see if that one plays!

@gkar45 thankyou! I actually went back to get that. I downloaded it again and so I now know it's called VirtuaGirlSong (not StripSong1 as it's called when you go to the music icon on the top menu). I found the file in BOTH Dat\Musics and Models\Dat\Musics. It's 3,718KB and there are 3 other files in the folder. .....It still won't play which might suggest that Istripper is looking for it in the wrong place?

Lol, but at least I can play it as an MP3 file while I have the shows on! But it would nice to have IStripper play it.
