Hi @neomercy, just a tip: If the website don't show the new ticket status after purchasing then first go to the VGHD program, 'Check for updates'. If the card was added to your collection then click on any card or link within the VGHD program to open a new browser page from there. Normally then you have the new status immediately.
To get your lost tickets back you must contact Totem via help page (or Celine directly), refer to this thread. Good luck.
