Hi everyone!
I purchased 2 shows but they won't show up in my collection within the program. They appear online in the mycollection section though.
On my other XP account (same computer) they show up within the program. the login and username is the same and both accounts access the same directory on my harddrive.
Any idea what the problem is?

Where are your data files?
I am guessing that you installed the default settings?
In which case your data files are stored under the user folder/profile created for the user id who installed them on your computer. They cannot then be accessed by other users.
The VGHD data & models folders are not in the same location as the program files. The default locations are:
program - C:\Program Files\VGHD
Data - C:\Documents and Settings\profileName\VGHD\Data
Models - C:\Documents and Settings\profileName\VGHD\Models
VGHD was not intended to be used across multiple accounts, however here is a topic that discusses this issue and has some suggestions:

thanks for your reply, when i installed VG i had to install it on both accounts and during setup i told it to access the same
Data - C:\Documents and Settings\profileName\VGHD\Data
Models - C:\Documents and Settings\profileName\VGHD\Models
I'll take a look at the link you posted tomorrow.. thanks, i'll keep you updated if i was able to figure this out.

If you install under a profile name, the other profiles do not have the authority to access the profile. That's why they cannot see the cards.
The link to the topic shows some creative solutions and the one by SetFuego is what he actually uses.
