It was a little bit of luck that I first was aiming for a membership and finally chosed for a package.. I was ***** of how buying the girls.
At first think that a membership let you download all the girls you can in your membership time period.
But after reading I have noticed how mistaken I was , bought a package of 10 tickets and after that I bought some more ,have to mention that tickets are more expesive.
I think I couldn't get happier than this refering to the site have to offer. Maybe I opted for this option because I was interested in a girl that have seen on a trailer and that was my goal at first.
I cannont understand how some people pay for a mebership , not all girls are that great.
I remember since I installed it ,more than a month ,that only saw a couple of cards that interested me,only bought one,and saw a girl that I disliked completely 3 times! 2 in a week

Tastes are subjective, personally I am overall pleased with VGHD girls selections and I find roughly 80% of them very attractive and exciting, so until I got maxed out I was really pleased with my membership.

I would recommand new members to have a quick look at all the cards to see in what % of them they are interested before choosing between memberships and tickets, as if you like most of them membership is clearly the best deal on the long run !

Also keep in mind that Show quality has improved over time, so the proportion of old "not-so-great" shows is falling down slowly each time new cards are added, and you then have more chances each week to receive the best ones !

Variety is the spice of life....personally I wouldn't toss any of these girls out of my hammock :-D

i also aqquired all cards i own(246) by buying tickets or booster packs.
After all a membership would have been cheaper but it would also have been frustrating to wait for let say Ariels new cards until they come up on my calendar. And there are some girls like Lucie T or Silver i just don't want to have in my collection. But a membership is definitly cheaper and if your patient you will eventually get the cards you want.
But when i started i also thought: 'What use do i have for 30 shows a month? I buy 20 tickets and choose some shows and then its enough' I was naive about that:-)

My strategy is to wait for the girls I want to come up on a one-ticket "Special". I do a lot of opinion polling, to select the best card for each girl I want. It has worked well, so far.

I have only two tickets left. So many Girls, so few tickets.

well after getting all the cards, I still haven't seen some of the shows some, I don't even want. but overall membership is cheaper and worth it in the long run. only thing you just have to put up with annoying cards in you collection list.

Can't you delete the cards you don't like, or will you just get them again automatically?

I have, and have had, a membership. It is worth it to me. I prefer paying less overall. If (when) I get a card I don't like I delete it. It doesn't come back unless I download it again. I also utilize the playlist feature to filter out some of my less-liked ladies and cards. Even deleting some cards, my overall price per saved card is lower with the membership than by buying individual cards or booster packs. And I have bought cards and packs along with my membership. As Starryk says there are some I just can't wait for.

Getting Myself Into Trouble Again! YES! You Can DELETE Cards You Have PURCHASED! And, YES! It is LESS EXPENSIVE to PURCHASE the "6TH MONTH PACKAGE" vs. the "Indivdual TICKETS" or "BOOSTER PACKS" or in "most cases" the "One Dollar Ticket" SPECIALS.

But, if you PURCHASE something "Do you really want to DELETE "ALL" OF IT? Wouldn't you want to SAVE "A Piece(s) Of It"?

That's WHY I use "WyldAnimal"'s VGHD-Player (Original Version) & VGHD-Player 2 (Latest Version). I can DISPLAY "Individual" CLIPS & PLAY those "Individual" CLIPS, and then DECIDE "What CLIPS I Don't Want" in my PC System. All I do is DELETE those "Individual" VGHD CLIPS "I don't want", and "decrease" the amount of my DISK SPACE.

"Variety is the spice of life" is maintained, (but not at the-sake-of my DISK SPACE) by using "WyldAnimal"'s VGHD-Player 2's OPTIONS available to VGHD Members. Totem has NO CHOICES.

I was only trying to address "The Variety" of the LADIES "within" Totem's SoftWare Package's FULL SHOW DOWNLOADS without DELETING the PURCHASED FULL SHOWS themselves.

At-the-very-least "there is a way" to SAVE "pieces" of "what-you-have" PURCHASED.

Therefore, STILL "decreasing" your DISK SPACE SIZE.

VGHD Members "should have "additional selective" CHOICES on what they have PURCHASED".

Well, here a voice from a 'free member' -no membership but sms-

If i like a model than i want to purchase her fullshow but not cut out one of her clips afterwards.

For the customers who have purchasing a card just because they have a membership the player might be a sollution to resize the disc-space but for that i run an extern hdd; space enough at 1TB.

Till now i did purchase near to 50% of the cards Totem do offer by using the sms-service and i know it would be much cheaper by using a membership, but i do not want to have ALL cards - just those shows what i do like are interesting me :-)

It's known as "CHOICES".

All I did was to give a "THIRD CHOICE" by "SAVING "Individual" CLIPS" I have "already" PURCHASED", and "DELETING "Individual" CLIPS" I DON'T WANT".

I did just responce to the topic of this thread and for me it is good to purchase a card via sms-service.

And i did try to bring a little harmony about this question because i know for sure Totem do like us all -fullmembers even as just the ticketbuyers- ;-)

normally totem should like us Ticket buyers more because we invest much more money. At least if we buy as much shows as 9 Months of membership would bring. Even with booster packs thats a lot. But i don't *****. It would just be nice if Totem finds a way to show their gratitude to such 'stupid' members like me

By the way... since what date is it possible to get a BoosterPack via sms??? ;-D

Maybe it's not the cheapest way, but I get new cards by making a phonecall or sending a sms...

But I can make sure I only get the cards that I really want. If I had a membership, I would also get cards of "bad girls" like Silver and Maggie. Now I don't have to see them! :)

Without using bankaccounts and creditcards, I can't buy tickets either. So I have to use a phone, because I don't want to use my bankaccount...

My area (New York state) is probably different from Netherlands and probably even most or all of Europe.
When I first got connect to the internet late 2005 I got free aol service for one year, but I had to buy that specific computer (Dell) with a card.
So I got a checking account and used my card for vg2 and a couple of other things on the internet. It went bad. I had to close that checking account.

Now (since mid-late 2006) I have been using only debit cards.
The cards I get I buy from a bank. I do not have an account at that bank but I buy a debit card for a specified amount plus a small fee.

I have used dozens of debit cards this way and it has not gone wrong yet. The debit cards are not attached to an account and are no longer valid when they are depleted.

Does Netherlands (or elsewhere in Europe) have debit cards you can buy this way? What about gift cards?

Yes, we can buy different things, which gives you a membership or a package of tickets for VGHD. But we have to pay for that with either a creditcard or things like Ideal etc.

Banks.

I have an account at Pioneer Savings Bank but they do not sell debit cards. I do NOT have an account at Key Bank and they sell debit cards. I can get debit cards from them without ever having to worry about an account.

Go to a bank and see if there is the possibility of purchasing a debit card. Maybe no banks outside of U.S. or New York do this. Maybe some do, just like here.

Some banks may offer debit cards for purchase. Try those in your immediate area.

A debit card works as good as a credit card. Vghd certainly accepts them.
