i completed the progress last month and claimed the anna bella card. today i completed the progress and tried to claim the chloe chevalier card, but when i go to "claim event prizes" it says i already claimed the chloe chevalier card and the claim button for anna bella is lit up? basically it says i can claim the anna bella card, which i already have, but i can't get the chloe chevalier card. i tried closing and restarting istripper but the page is still wrong. i have not clicked on the claim button for anna bella because i don't know what will happen and i don't want to ruin my chance to get the chloe card.

The Event Screen Has wrong Graphics.
Bar 1 is Linked to SEC 2,
Bar 2 is Linked to SEC 1

Even though the Event Shows wrong SEC Graphics
In your Collection, It is the Correct New SEC that you Win.

hi, i am still seeing the chloe chevalier card as claimed and i have not started playing any games yet, please help.

The Team corrected an Issue where the Graphics were Linked to the Wrong Bar and Wrong Prize.
Fill bar 1, caused Prize 2 to display as won, and Filling Bar 2 caused Prize 1 to be displayed
But the Actual Prize card won was correct in the UI..

Some Members are now reporting a slightly different issue like what you are describing.
The Team is off for the Weekend, and I believe Monday might be a banking Holiday
So it should get fixed on Tuesday.

Q: During the 1st Bar, When it was full and you Earned the 1st Prize SEC
Did you stop Playing the Events?
or
Did you Continue to Play the events to Earn more Credits / Gift cards /Joker cards?

I ask , because I think There might be a Pattern Among Members who See this Issue
Where their Bar #2 is Already Filled, when they Haven't started to Play yet.
and
Where if a Member continued to Play beyond the 1st Bar, they Built up a Bank of Spent credits, that Auto Filled the 2nd bar.
But Because you Haven't Actually Played since the Bar was Opened
The Award Prize wasn't Triggered.

What Happens it You go and Play one Spin in the Event?

This is just my Suspicion, I don't have any way to Verify it, Except to Ask a Member like yourself
Who is Experiencing the Issue.


I wonder if that would trigger the Release of the Prize?


You can Still Play the Events, the server tracks every game play.

One of our Members made a post about their Experience filling Bar #1.
you can use that as a Gauge of how many game plays might be Needed.

I'm still encountering the problem where it shows I have claimed Chloe Chevalier's card even though I haven't and the card doesn't show up in my collection either. Restarting or resyncing doesn't help.
