This may have been asked before, but in the old version you could play just one clip from a models card (show), and replay it if you want. I can't seem to work out how to do this in the new version 2.0.
Otherwise it is not too bad actually.

One simple fix that will remove 90% of complaints is simple have the Queue open as a sidebar instead of fullscreen. Also Wyld is doing us a great service with his tips and videos. however a simple thig like changing the multiple select from the usual Shift key to CTRL, (was it always CTRL) has caused huge ***** and irritance, it should have been clearly and repeatedly stated to users because the average user sadly has no time or patience to scroll through past user posts to find solutions. They will just assume the feature is gone. I assumed as much and I usually take the time to look for answers. I was lucky Wyldanimal had made a post about multiple select via CTRL with included video tutorial.

go to queue
there ....-> clear next
on top right, right from Queue press on this symbol and choose loop
in the Queue the next show in now the same as now playing

I am not able to use ctrl click, shift click, shift home, or shift end. Why this isn't a feature is beyond me. Also not having the queue as a sidebar is make or break for me. There doesn't seem to be any reason for it to be a full screen. Also since i've switched to new version full screen doesn't work on either of my two 1080p screens it only works on my 4k main screen. Not sure why that is. Non full screen works correctly no matter what screen it is. Still seems like lots of work and options are needed for this version to function well for everyone.

How many complaints have there been about being unable to find the Clips list and how many times has someone posted the solution of right click on the card and select edit clips?

I'd call that a workaround not a solution.

One of the most worrying things I have noticed this week is that some of the people posting complaints have been with iStripper for a long time and rarely posted anything on the forum. i.e they must feel very strongly about these issues.

The complaints are straightforward, they fall mainly into one area:

I cannot believe that that is good for long term sales. Enjoying this platform means longer customer retention. Being unable to get it work in a way you enjoy means shorter customer retention.

Sorry @Calgon but I tend to partially disagree.

In the old software you had to go to the settings page, enable advance setting and then enable the clips list (how many people forgot about that one when they re-installed the software). In fact in the early days you had to have a certain VIP level to be able to enable it.

in V2.0 the clips list is there for everyone - it does not need to be separately enabled.

The right click Edit clips has been there since I started testing the Beta many months ago so it appears it was always an intentional move.

For me, it saves me endlessly going to the collection, selecting the card to go to the details page and then enabling the clips list. I can have a group of cards in the collection (or a playlist - where this is most useful) and simply right click on each card to get to the clips list. I do not need to keep going to the card page and back to the collection.

Also any clip edits done within the Playlists only affects the card in the playlist - the card in the collection is unaffected.

Unfortunately many people have gotten used to their way of working. It has been several years since the last major overhaul - from VGHD to iStripper and there were many complaints then but over time they were ironed out.

For me - I am happy with most of the functionality (yes there is room for improvement in some things)

The Help center is not updated in this new version and we have the description of the old GUI.
This update is very important to help the users to find all the news in the brand new version of the software.

The previous version was somewhat working on linux (transparency was broken) via wine 10.1 / play on linux.
Currently I have not been able to launch 2.0 stable at all. Still searching.

Sorry @Calgon but I tend to partially disagree.

Well that's a positive, I'm used to people completely disagreeing with me.

From many of the feedback posts it would look evident 2.0 version not to be ready to become stable version yet.
And in my opinion it unfortunately has so many issues, functions becomed slow and cumbersome, ugly apparences that is not likely to become so neither in the future.

But he company is still in time to fix what looks more and more to have been a big fiasco:
new versions should in my opinion totally abandon the defective 2.0 project (which is an actual downgrade of our loved software on so many aspects) and revert to upgrading the more than good (almost perfect) 1.2.55 version.

The new version loads slowly on startup, jerky the playing, this 2.0 is a downgrade. Why the hell did the programmers fiddle around and turn a working fine version into this ?

totally agree. Istripper team needs to fix this instead of ***** us to accept this.

Il doit bien y avoir des utilisateurs satisfaits de cette nouvelle version car perso j'ai du mal à croire que les équipes chez iStripper soient aussi inconscientes voire stupides à publier une version qui perdrait en ergonomie et en stabilité.

Les indécis comme moi ont besoin de faire une évaluation de ce qui fonctionne et de ce qui ne fonctionne pas pour se décider.

So I had to uninstall completely iStripper from my main OS (linux). I Stripper works partially on wine (transparency on the shows don't works, fullscreen shows works, videos don't play, oldest shows don't works). I still have windows on the computer but it is totally secondary.
As the iStripper library take fastly an enormous amount of space, I share it between the two OS instead of having it two times. The only way to do that is via widows' ntfs as windows works only with himself. It was working perfectly with 1.2. Unfortunately it don't works anymore with 2.0 : result on iStripper instantly crashing.

UGH! Why am I no longer able to access my playlists??? I see references here to a "My Playlists" button, but there is no such button! Just "Queue". I have very carefully selected playlists for my fullscreen scenes and I need them back!!

Can't play individual clips. Keeps locking up and crashing. Jerky and slow. If I want a preview clip I will click on it. Do not need unpurchased to keep showing up. Very frustraiting upgrade.

Just found individual clips. You right click on the card and a menu appears and the clips link is near the bottom. Unfortunatly the clip menu is in the center of the screen and is covered up by the model.

Haven't been spending much time with IS lately but got a new computer a few weeks back and today I installed 2.0 and it's **definately** not for me!

Assuming I can find an older version can I just install it over 2.0 or should I uninstall? (PC version)

Il est évident que l'équipe Totem, s'entête dans une version qui n'est pas conviviale, puisque sans cesse plusieurs personnes ne comprennent pas comment elle fonctionne, et déplore la perte de certaines fonctions utiles dans de plus anciennes versions. On dirait que tous les bogues n'ont pas été tous corrigés, et que Totem a décidé tout de même d'en faire une version stable.

De toute façon les autres produits de Totem (SEC, jeux de hazard, NFT et Ex Card), qui ont ammené à ces changements de version de plus en plus complexe, ne servent qu'à faire dépenser des crédits inutilement. Et les crédits, c'est de l'argent. Du moins pour moi.

Yes, I don't understand. Ever since version 2.0 was released in beta and is now stable, I've seen a constant stream of complaints from dissatisfied users.

It's obvious that the Totem team is stubbornly sticking with a version that isn't user-friendly, since time and again many people don't understand how it works, and lament the loss of certain useful functions in older versions. I'm not sure that the “right-click is your best friend” idea is a good one?

It seems that not all the bugs have been fixed, and that Totem has decided to make it a stable version all the same.

Personally, I'm very happy with my old version, which works just fine. I have no desire to migrate, reading all the negative things written about it.

In any case, Totem's other products (SEC, jeux de hazard, NFT and Ex Card), which have led to these increasingly complex version changes, only serve to spend credits unnecessarily. And credits are money. At least for me.

1st off, I personally want to thank every member who has taken the time to install iStripper 2.0 and try it out.
And more importantly, Posted your comments Good, Bad, or Indifferent.

Feed back of all forms are valuable towards making a better product.

The Team has had a vison of what they want, and have worked on that vison for a long time.
and While 2.0 might not be 100% prime time ready
Through All of the Alpha and Beta Testing, even if that was just a small pool of users,
it was deemed stable enough to release it to everyone.

And that is a Good thing.

The more diverse the users are, the more Issues that can be exposed and corrected.
All the more Suggestions for wanted features or missing features will be collected.

So maybe it's frustrating and New and Different and feels clunky and unfriendly at 1st..
But come back to it, and dive in a little deeper and provide your thought comments and feedback

It is wrong that something that was not a problem in the previous version is a problem in the new version.
Users are paying to use it.
It would have been nice if they had received sufficient testing or added features that users wanted, but it is unfortunate.

After the 2.0 update, no scenes appeared on the screen.
I couldn't figure out what the problem was, but I figured it out on my own.
It turned out that the problem occurred when the resolutions of each monitor were different.
Even though the resolution of the monitor being played was different from the other resolutions, it was playing in a hidden part of the visible screen because it was trying to play in the same location.
It wasn't a problem in the previous version, so I deleted 2.0 and came back to the previous version.
I can't go back until it is fixed.

And there is something I really want you to fix when upgrading.
I specified screen 3 in the settings, but it keeps appearing on screens 1 and 2 depending on the number of clips or women.
Please do sufficient testing on multiple monitors.

Best product imo would be gotten by totally dismissing the 2.0 project and getting back to update the 1.2.55, which (unlike 2.0) is both graphically and functionally almost perfect.
As an exemple, the right-click system could much preferably be added to the old detail page with separate pages, instead of replace it

There is no Screen Selection for the Models performing on the desktop.

The Screen selection that you set for screen 3, is Only for the Screen Saver and Fullscreen Scenes.
It selects which screen the Screensaver will be displayed on.

Desktop mode where you can have multiple girls on the screen
does not use that setting.
