1. I'm a 'Gold' Member. What does this mean, and how to I become a Platinum member?
2. Is there anywhere I can just view all the Booster pack options? There seems to be quite a few available, but the banner to click on only appears randomly. Failing that, can someone list them all?

As Gold member you can take part of auctions here. Get 100 cards and you will become Platinium - with access to Platinium's forum where nudity is allowed.
About booster packs:
try this link and change last number from 3 to 8:

Personaly when I check my packs I just refresh page till I get one booster pack, click on it and after that just change last number of URL to see all of them.

You can select the booster category in the bottom of the browse girls screen. Select blonds, hit ok, go to the top, the blonds ad is there. Then click the ad. Works for them as long as you have enough of that category left to buy. The boosters are; blonds, brunettes, duos, stockings, bikinis, big boobs. Currently I am waiting for another duo because there are 5 available and you buy 6 at a time, therefore, the ad does not show.
