How can i disable the cards when they not longer marked as preview in the store?
Im only able to redownload the preview.

If you click on any card, the pop-out window appears on the right. At the bottom, you can click on preview. If you already downloaded it, it should stay the same as 'Preview' and the blue flag should show again on the card. You can then play the demo right away, clicking on the preview button in the pop-out window :)

When i click on "Download Preview" (on Previews i already have) the Icon changes to "play preview", so this is no more a problem.
Only Problem is to remeber which Cards i have previews.

So much easier to switch from "Previews" to "All" under Girls Store. Please give us the option to minimize to tray and not to the taskbar that shows "iStripper" on it. I have to hover over it on the taskbar with my mouse pointer to see the preview window then click X to remove iStripper on the taskbar. Very inconvenient.

I personally am just about out of ideas because this really isn't my area of expertise. I was just trying to expand upon @HSS's suggestions since Spain was ***** at that time.

I would ask a couple questions though to see if we can narrow down your issue:

1. When did you first notice the problem? (what were you doing to your computer at that time?)

2. What happened to your computer just before this issue happened?

3. Is the problem only evident when running this program or does it happen with other programs on your PC as well?

4. Does the issue happen only with the xmas scene or does it happen with other scenes?

5. If it happens with other scenes, does it also happen when you are just running the girls dancing without a specific scene (desktop mode)?

6. If the girls are always like this, you should probably initiate a Customer Service Ticket and seek higher level assistance. Make sure you include your screen captures when you submit the ticket.

Customer service will probably ask you to email them a copy of your VGHD log but they will tell you how to find that if you don't already know about how to do it.

You could also try installing an older version of this program to see if the issue goes away. If you want to try that you can probably get one of the Moderators to show you where to find the older versions to try and how to do it.

Wish I could be of more assistance but my "fountain of knowledge" is just about dried up at this point.

Thanks @pumpdude for highlighting a step I missed. From the control panel/system folder the device manager is at top left in Windows 7.

Ok. Readyfor... Please post here your exact make and model of graphics card. I'll do a search to find the newest driver for your card and point you to it for downloading.

For example, my GPU is a Nvidia GTX 650. I regularly check for updates to the driver available for my card on the Nvidia website. Best I can do for you here :)

Ok @pumpdude all I did was upgrade the software. And it only in the x-mas scene. the other scene work just fine.
@HombreSinSombra I still don`t know where to go to see my GPU. I have been look for the last few day. Not very smart the this. And for you people helping me Thanks.

@readyforanything : use Google to find a little free software called GPU-Z. Download (https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/) and install it as an administrator. Run it as an admin and it shows you all about your graphic card (even your driver version). So you will be able to find a new version of this driver on the website of the card's manufacturer (AMD or Nvidia).

Nice little gadget @stefnev :) I think our friend might have more trouble following that tho :/

Ok. Readyfor. Try this: (We are both on Windows 7, right?)

You know your Windows start button? The farthest icon on the bottom left of yout taskbar. Click this and a small window pops up showing some of your programs on the left. On the right of this window, unless you removed it manually from view, you should see 'Control panel'. If you have a fairly modern keyboard, you should have a Windows icon at the bottom left next to or near CTRL. This will also open the start menu.

If you DON'T see control panel in this start menu, look at the bottom and there's a search box. Type in Control panel and it should appear at the top of the window.

Now click this and a new window will open. Look for the word 'System'. Click this and in the new window, look towards the top left and you should see, 'Device manager'. Click this and then look for 'Screen adaptors' or Graphic cards. I don't know what this says in English any more as my Windows is in Spanish. This will show you all the graphic cards installed on your computer. It should be the 2nd thing in the list under your computer's name.

Hope that helps now ;)

And don't worry about us helping you. I'm DETERMINED now to get you thru this so you can see the Fullscreen scene as it should be :)

Edit: Actually, stefnev's idea is a very good one! I just found and installed this in seconds from his link! Nice one! :)

Edit: Warning! Driver downloads can be quite large. This new one is 369 MB:/

There seems to be a problem with the Wishlist feature: some cards previously added to it are removed from it. is there a limit to the number of cards that can be put in the Wishlist?

The wishlist is a main filter. If you select "My wishlist" then this filter is combined with the other filters.

Please set all other filters to "All" and you will see all the cards in your wishlist.

I currently have 19 cards in my wishlist. No problem.

@HombreSinSombra : in GPU-Z, if you click on the button Lookup, a description page of the card is opened on the website of TechPowerUp. This site allows to download updated card's BIOS and drivers too.
For the processor, RAM and motherboard you have the free software CPU-Z by CPUID (same interface than GPU-Z).

maybe you should think of both installing teamviewer and then you can request help and the other can jump easily in to help out?

to find out GPU you can also type into the RUN-command box: DXDIAG
then you have a tabsheet called graphic which gives you all the infos as well

@Tim: I agree this would be very useful. The Team recently asked me to do this to solve a different issue but my work schedule doesn't coincide with Totem's unfortunately but it could work when we're online at the same time :) However, if memory serves, TeamViewer is not a free program. Might get a month's trial or a few connections free but then it's gone without paying for it :(

I've never used Windows built-in version of this kind of software but I'm sure I could figure it out if I needed to:)

Ok. Found the free version of TeamViewer for non-commercial use :)

What's listed is what BUG has been fixed, and what Features have been Added.
so BUG # 1486 has been fixed. ( Purchased Demos were being deleted if Quota Exceeded )
# 1485 IS A big Fix for Full Screen Scene makes. Blends are Working again. YEAH.
# 1489 is for the Skin makers.. No need to Quit and restart to see all the colors get changed.
