Yes, you get only one card per day.
And no, you can't choose which card that is.
You need to buy tickets or booster packs to get the cards you want to have.

Strictly in a subscription, I believe the answer is 'no'. It is random. But vghd does not send to you girls already in your collection. No repeats!
Strictly NOT in a subscription, yes for sure. You can pick and choose any girl at any time. And vghd gives you a calendar of twenty-one beauties from which to choose all of which are one ticket each for full show, nothing for free trailer. This is only true while each girl (card) is in your calendar. Just 21 days. Repeats are likely to be in your calendar. The more girls you buy the more repeats.
Users can get a subscription and still buy girls of his/her choice. Repeats will not occur here. During the life of a subscription, the calendar will never be filled with girls you bought with cards.

Look at the Calendar. The "Girls coming soon" row at the bottom show which girls you get every day as part of your subscription.
If you want a specific girl you either have to wait until she turns up in your calendar or you can buy the card. If you buy a card in your calendar, it get's replaced with a new one, so unless you already own every card you should never see a duplicate card in your calendar.
