What do Special cards even do?

@Voyeurpervers, in a friendly way and without wanting to make any judgement on my part (especially since I see your guilt); I just wanted to tell you that Totem is very grateful to you by the way, even if he doesn't tell you directly. 😊

You are part (and I was part) of their target clientele for this kind of cards, which contributes to make them rich, no matter the frustrations and the loss of useless credits, that it causes to their customers. But everyone is free to do what they want with their money. And the good news is, and I am the proof, that it is possible to change our attitude towards these cards.

The only thing that I think is a shame when people try to acquire them, is that it reinforces Totem in this kind of policy, which I denounce.

But anyway, they're pretty insensitive to customer feedback on this. They have proven this over time, and despite all the frustrations of their customers. God knows, there have been many issues on these SECs, and it's not over yet.

That's why I encourage people who have experienced frustrations like I have with these cards, to pretend they don't exist. That's the best way to live with it.

Please newbies do not participate in acquiring these cards. If you do and get frustrated, you won't say you weren't warned. Friendly advice.

Vous faite partie (et j'ai fait partie) de leur clientèle cible pour ce genre de cartes, qui contribue à les enrichir, peut importe les frustrations et la perte de crédits inutiles, que cela provoque chez leurs clients. Mais chacun est libre de faire ce qu'il veut de son argent. Et la bonne nouvelle, et j'en suis la preuve, est qu'il est possible de changer notre attitude face à ces cartes.

La seule chose que je trouve dommage lorsque les gens cherchent à les acquérir, est que cela conforte Totem dans ce genre de politique, que je dénonce.

Mais de toute façon, ils sont assez insensible aux commentaires des clients à ce sujet. Ils en ont fait la preuve avec le temps, et malgré toutes les manifestations de frustrations de leurs clients. Dieu sait, qu'il y en a eu des sujets sur ces SEC, et ce n'est pas finit malheureusement.

C'est pourquoi j'encourage les gens qui ont vécu des frustrations comme moi avec ces cartes, de faire comme si elles n'existaient pas. C'est la meilleure façon de bien vivre avec cela.

S,v.p. les nouveaux ne participez pas à l'acquisition de ces cartes. Si vous le faite et êtes frustré, vous ne direz pas que vous n'aviez pas été avisé. Conseil d'ami.
