Please take all the time to fix it, but kindly add the three keys back for those of us who faced the issue, so that we can finally open and find out what's in the chest

It is possible that the other person used auto-buy in which case they are excluded from participating in the "first to buy" achievement.It is also possible under some circumstances to post a comment on the card while it is in the store and pre-release. I am one of the QA team and I have that capability.

Thanks @pickle1, I noticed its the same person FatLegDeer0113 commenting on the cards before usual time of release. For almost any recent card that I opened to check, noticed that his first comment is showing up, later on, other people also commented but only after 10. Once the day is over we can't see the time (it only shows yesterday or 2 days ago), but on the same day it shows how manys hours ago, there I noticed. Not sure if he is a moderator or not. Showing as a Triple Diamond member on the profile.

It may not be much of a big of a deal for many, but just being a fan of iStripper and achieved quite a few achievements so far I was checking which all are low hanging fruits that I can give a shot. Noticed this first time buyer is still pending, so tried on different days as soon as it got 10 AM Paris time, I noticed the cards became available for me, and I clicked on purchase. Since I have one click purchase activated, added in no time, but still the achievement is not attained.

Now it might also happen that within a split of few seconds around 10 someone else was coincidentally trying to make a purchase and just got lucky. But then it feels weird as it's not just once, but every single day one person is able to rate/comment on a new card 3 hours before available for purchase. Till here nothing wrong in it at all unless there is a glitch in the Software of any kind.

Ok so the event reset and my keys disappeared again. I also had 32 credits left and tried my luck anyway. Now I have 8.90 credits after one spin and no rewards from my keys. Disappointing. Is the problem fixed or is this just step one and something else broke for me?

I gonna quote myself, maybe @Celine or some other from the team could answer my question. My question was, would it be possible to program the Joker-card differently for Elite members? Or would that be to much of a hassle?

Because if you only can buy a SEC with Joker-card after the Special Event, I don`t see the point for Joker-cards. I would only paticipate in the Special Event and the Jokers would stack up.

If the Special Event was The Wheel of Bargain or Free Packs it would effectivly barr the Elite-members from participating(I guess that would be easly fixed with always making sure of a another game togheter with the ones mentioned)

I`m pragmatic, so the Special Event doesn`t feel like winning to me. It`s just a long clicking-hour to get the SEC. I don`t mind the prize. Sometimes I just feel like pushing a button and pay 600 credits. The joker-card allows me to do that.

Maybe there are other solutions? I like how we now can use the Gift-cards on VR-shows, that makes the Gift-card valuable again. Perhaps in the future you can buy some special ASMR-videos/shows with Joker-cards😄

The Joker-cards would stack up too the Special Raffle Event. The raffle-tickets doesn`t offer much for me, I don`t mind paying. I would rather convert them to Dolz or something else.

As my previous response shows there is plenty of point to them, though less so for you than for most of us.

Even if you have all the current SECs there is no guarentee that you will be in a position to play for the next one (maybe you are ill or away from your PC or it has failed or been stolen). If so having a joker would still enable you to obtain the SEC for that game, or if you are able to play and win a joker in that game then you can cease to play earlier than filling the progress bar would require and therefore get the SEC for that game at a lower cost than it would otherwise take.

Just like to add that i got the same..played, got 3 keys, tried to open the chest with the message "not enough keys". Then lost them when i closed and reopened istripper.
It is not showing that any credits were taken from the account however. (i must have though)

I'm in the same boat. Though I only closed the app once and lost 3 keys. They disappeared when I reopened and I tried getting 3 more. Same issue. Haven't closed again just in case a fix is found.

Same here, I ended up doing exactly the same steps as the OP and lost 6 keys in the whole process. Also, thanks to the staff for the quick response.

Yeah, just tried to post a comment of the TGIF before remembering that gets locked hahahaha I've had the same happen to me but with definitely 9 keys, maybe 10 (they also disappeared when loading literally anything else in the program so I think I lost a couple that way too, but for sure 9).

I've just started playing the Pleasure Chest and I got 3 keys and clicked open chest and got a message saying "not enough key"

I closed the program only to see I had 0 keys again and I went to account history to see I got no reward from the chest. I filled 3 keys again and get the same error. I'd like to not be cheated out of whatever reward small or not please.

I have a doubt on one thing, read somewhere in the Forum topics earlier that around 10AM Paris time the cards are released. I have also verified precisely then I could see the cards available to me as well .

But then noticed someone else has already rated and commented on the card 3 hours ago. Three hours ago was 7 AM Paris time, then how could one get to make a purchase of a new card? Because before a card is purchased I couldn't find a way to comment on it.
And If one can buy so early then why do others have to wait till 10 AM Paris time.

This way many would never "achieve" (Based on one of the Achievements) to be the first buyer of a card? Or I am missing something. Please shed some light.

I don't own any NFT @Calgon cards. I even have a version of the program that doesn't have the NFT tab, by personal choice.

It seems that the previews are only pushed for the highest rated cards in the storeI read somewhere that someone suggested this change before, personally I do not like it.

Before they fixed the ratings "bug" the 4.6-5.0 cards were available for preview, with some 4.59 showing occasionally. Now after the ratings change 4.79-5.0 cards will show in previews after a few weeks.

As far as I can remember it has not changed since I first became a user (a few years before you) and I have certainly never seen anyone ask for it to be the way it is - only for it not to be that way.

There are many possible simple solutions - but the fact remains that although they have been aware of the requests for it to be changed Totem have never decided to implement any of them. They may have a good reason (from their point of view) or they may just not regard it as important enough to give it any priority over other things.

The solution to this can be switch in the Settigs, Free Preview Push - push top rated cards only (check), push all the cards (unchecked).

It seems that the previews are only pushed for the highest rated cards in the store so we see only a small selection from the available cards that way rather than seeing a random selection from the whole of the stock. Why Totem do this I do not know - though I suppose that the haighest rated cards may be thought to be the ones we (taken as a group, not individually) are most likely to buy.

I think the models chosen for the Free Preview Push are chosen from very small group of the top rated shows only. I think this group should be widened a lot. I am getting the same models all the time, it gets boring in a while.

@Philours - no that does not work. The previews still show up but they are not automatically active.

@WASub - I had not know of this server side list. That is interesting information.

I suppose I thought more variety of options would be good for Totem's potential sales. As @TheEmu said, we can always preview any card. Sometimes there are models or cards that did not interest me but when I got a random preview, I started to get interested.

Of course I could always search for new models to try but the automatic preview is useful to reintroduce models. There is the gambling games but there isn't choice there and the gambling seems to annoy some customers which I can understand. It would make sense for Totem to have many different ways to get customers exposed to older cards to purchase.

I run my Trading Card shows on the iStripper software and this is a sub-thread of the "Everyrthing About iStripper" forum so it seems to me to be a perfectly valid place to discuss stuff to do with Trading Cards.

And if you don't want to look at the Dolz site the last hours of the bidding, then this will happen:

• Buy for € 25,- matic
• Buy 2022 Dolz with it
• you think I buy 5 tickets with this so bid 404 Dolz = $5.65 (you end up somewhere in the middle on the bid list.
• after the bidding it turns out that you are no longer on the bid list (lowest bid on list 430)

following favorite model:

• you think you are buying 4 cards so bid 505 Dolz = $7.07
• afterwards it turns out that you are no longer on the bid list (lowest bid on list 532)

next favorite model (last of this series):

• you think you are buying 3 cards so bid 764 Dolz = $10.69
• afterwards it appears that you are no longer on the bid list (lowest bid on list 781)

now you think "no more bidding again".
Coincidentally value dolz goes up a bit and with my 2022 Dolz I have bought 250+25 bonus credits ($29.99)
So I can buy 20 normal cards with this.

And that makes me more happy knowing that I will get the next 4 cards for around the same amount of Dolz. So thank you for that. 😊

But i'm not a new user plus there are more cost then just the 500 or 600 Dolz bid.

Edition limited = full iStripper show like a non-NFT card.

You say that from your point of view as Seller but from the buyers point of view you get a card that is limited in clips that you get then the Rare, Epic or legendery. But the price shows that.

Not to mention that owning all the Season 1 NFTs will make you earn "babydolz" tokens. These babydolz will give you access to iStripper discounts, free cards, free SEC and joker cards.

I can't comment on this as i have not look it babydolz and have no idea what it is jet.

That's the reason why we've just increased the number of NFTs per auction from 400 cards to 500 cards for the Melody Marks auction starting today. By increasing the number of NFTs, we'll be reducing the price of the cards, making trading cards accessible to as many people as possible.

And that makes me more happy knowing that I will get the next 4 cards for around the same amount of Dolz. So thank you for that. 😊
