Should those that do not display full nudity be deleted ?

The advertising and promotion of this site clearly says "Strippers on your Desktop".

To Strip means to go naked, not topless, FULLY NAKED.

In the United Kingdom we have what is called the "Trades Description Act" which this site is in clear contravention of.

The Act states that item descriptions MUST be accurate, if they aren't the purchaser has clearly laid down rights of recompense.

So Totem you have two choices if you want to remain within the UK law, either reword your logo to reflect the fact that some girls don't strip or delete those early "topless only" cards.

I would suspect that other countries such as the two Totem home states, France & the US, have similar laws.

Strippers in the past didn't go all the way,even in a closed club!They always did not show there pussy or even nipples.So your description that strippers must go all the way is not correct.

To my knowledge there's only ONE topless card ever made for VGHD and that's Carol G - Bimboland (5) and as I understand it this is due to problems during the shoot and not a planned tactic by Totem. Also, this card is only 9 minutes long... compared with today's standard 30+ minutes.

So, to call on the UK Law to have it removed seams a bit drastic to me :)

Of course there are similar laws in France, but two facts are for Totem :

• "Strippers on your desktop" : You can see plenty of girls going fully naked, not all for sure, but enough to say the description of the site is accurate. "Strippers on your desktop" never mean that every girl must be fully naked in every clip.
• In my dictionnary : Strip-tease : It's a show during which a girl get off her clothes. (Bad translation powered by myself).

There are no reference to "all" her clothes, neither to full frontal nudity. So on, according to this definition, a girl getting off her Tee-shirt beyond a caméra can be call a stripper.

It's "playing with the words" for sure, but that's what lawyers do all the time.

It doesn't matter what the definition of strip means, the website strictly states that subscription includes a new girl every day with full nudity and 30+ min shows.

Now we all no that except for bimboland the nudity is true, but quite a few of the shows are below 20 mins.

Personally I'm not one to care too much, but If i did get the Bimboland card as my daily card i would be pissed.

Aw it's only one card, nobody buys that card anyways, and besides, there are over 500 other girls that have way better shows than Carol G. so if totem gets around to it, maybe they will delete it in the future hopefully.

I bought Card 5 Carol G Bimboland quite early on, there's no doubt that Carol G is an extremely attractive lady which was tempted me into buying the card, I was obviously surprised and disappointed that it was topless only and quite honestly I felt I was sold a pup.

If as people have said, Card 5 is the only card which does not feature full nudity then obviously there is no problem.

Now before I buy a card I do check pics and comments so the lesson was learned the hard way.

A nine minute card is a rip-off compared to the rest of the product line. Totem should really remove that card, or permanently lower its price to 1 ticket at most or possibly free. Someone who doesn't read the card overview would certainly be pissed. Note that the card is rated "topless", so at least Totem is being honest at that level.

I like Carol G. and she has an awsome body and I am glad I read the reviews of Bimboland and did not download it because it sure sound like a rip.

The company I work for does not tolerate seeing it's customer's going through this type of aggrevation. Even though in this particular case, the customer still has time to opt out (after the so called sticker shock) while with Totem's case (concerning Bimboland) it's too late. You're stuck with a less than satisfactory card . . . ;(

You can truly play on the words here as well. It says memebership includes the full nudity show of every girl. Even if the one show is not full nudity, she has others that are and that can be twisted to meet the description.

well if you wanna play around words then play around their statement that says "membership includes THE full nudity show of every girl automatically delivered to your desktop everyday...that's over 30 minutes of naked girls everyday"

Every strip tease show that I have attended (in the southern U.S.) had only topless women..they NEVER showed their pussy. Typical reaction of a american!Can't see the falts in their own country.Me,i know the falts and mistakes of my own country and i am not saying the things you say.

I've lived in Mexico for a few years, Spain for a year, and in England for a few years. I currently reside in the United States. My assessment:

• People are not perfect anywhere, you find good people in the the least expected places and fucked up people everywhere.
• Racism is the worst in Mexico, England and Spain are blunt about it, whereas the US tries to hide it.
• The US has the most respect for the sick and the poor to the point it disgusts me. People in the US easily feel too sorry for any chum and bum. I get called an ass for having little pity when i see poor people because I first assume 99% of the time it's their fault and they messed up.

Totem advertises FULL nudity, and we customers don't get that on many cards...recent and early. To be clear, if a model is wearing stockings, boots or other clothing (I'm OK with jewelry or simple shoes) through out the show....that's NOT full nudity!!

A lot of the discussion here is from an individual's point of view and there ios no need to bring competing dirctionaries into it.

Respect other people's point of view even if you do not agree with it and for goodness sake, stop trying to put a universal legal interpretation on it. We have multiple countries with numerous laws and legal interpretations. I do not exoect that we have any one here who is qualified on the individual legal systems within the EU, the EU itself, the US legal system, Australian, Japanese, Indoneason, etc etc etc.....
