Very easy!Just click on the picture of the girl,a new browserpage will load and then you get to see tabs with pics and video's.......

How can I download bonus videos?

In the app click on the collection screen, then on the girl's picture. In the top right you will see several icons, one of which looks like a piece of film. Click on that, then on the downward- pointing triangle in the center. You can only download videos from models that you have in your collection.

Note: The default Video Resolution is 480p
To Change it:
Click The Play Button on any Video to Watch it, Then click on the Cog Wheel ( Video Settings )
There you can Change the Resolution.
Now the Downloaded Videos will Be in this New Resolution.

You can only download videos from models that you have in your collection.@Bitwrangler ... not true.
Open the STORE page and click on All.
Select any model not in your collection and then as you say above (film-arrow etc)

I tried to select videos from the store, and was told each time that I had to have purchased at least on of the girl's cards in order to access her videos. Did I miss a step?

No, you haven't missed anything at all. This is how it works
@Bitwrangler's post is correct
I already discussed it on discord. It seems, in fact, that certain old installations (like that of @muttonjeff) benefit from this "advantage".
But shhh, they shouldn't proclaim it too much

click a Model that I don't own any cards from
Clik on the Movie strip Icon
Click on the Down arrow from one of the Movies
Works for me, I am Able to Download and save it.

I just double checked in case anything had changed recently.
Only 3 models I don't have any cards for yet.
Definitely can't download videos until I purchase a card.

I've just been to the "coming soon" section as I have all the "normal cards" that are in the store.
There are two models that have no released cards as yet (isabella De Laa and Peachy Alice) and therefore these models are not yet in my collection.
I can currently access the videos for both of these models.

I THOUGHT I had found at least one model that I did not own that has videos accessible via the store. Not that I can find that one again. However, all the other models I tried DO work as I described- the (normal) videos are all locked if you don't own any of her cards. There is a separate XXX lockout that requires you to own at least one of the model's XXX cards to access her XXX videos which does complicate things.
