We do and our help center does its best to answer your problems 24/7. From what I saw they are waiting for you to tell them when you sent the money so they can track it.

I just recently mailed a money order to purchase some tickets.
I wanted to try the program before considering a membership.
How long does it take for tickets to be credited to an account ?
