You get 1 when you purchase the 2500 credits package. You can get one randomly in various games of chance offered periodically. You can also get one sometimes by filling up a progress bar twice during special events.

Not anymore. The offer was removed for the Black Friday event and officially hasn't returned yet.



@BillyTheKidd66 On December 11th, try Booster Pack when it will be available, because according to @celine :

This game offers the highest chances of obtaining Special Event Cards and Joker Cards.
The more cards your booster contains, the better your odds of acquiring a Special Event Card or a Joker Card.
