Cancel subscription isn't working

I have tried to cancel my subscription, but when I click on cancel my subscription in the iStripper app nothing happens. Its about to renew soon and I would like to cancel before then. Not sure what to do.

Hi. Same issue. I have tried multiple times to cancel (just so I can possibly select a different level). However, I never get any response from "rocket gate" when I attempt to cancel through my profile page. Nor, do I get any response from support when I email directly. I hope I can resolve it without just having to stop payment through my bank!

Hello. I have met the same problem. I want to cancel my subscription, I have sent the e-mail to your e-mail address "[email protected]" and the topic is "Cancel Recurring RocketGate [1100019D337D25A1]". But from that time I have not recieved any respons about whether I have successfully canceled or not. So please help me to cancel my subscription, I will buy credits once by once in the future.
