what should i do? can i move the program to my E,drive?it has more room for storage there,and will it work there?

I'd suggest to let your program be on the main drive, but you can move your models to another, external drive, if there will be such a need.
On the GUI in Settings _ Advanced _ Software options is an option: Change the Storage Folder.

I have my software on my c drive and my girls download to my external just like mrbeekeeper said and it works just fine
