I used to buy cards from VGHD about a year ago, the prices were pretty much reasonable and in native сurrency. During that time, I built a huge VIP-sized collection of both DB and VG cards. Then I took a long break from VirtuaGirl(I had linux installed. BTW, Can we expect linux client?).
When I came back today, I saw I couldn't buy stuff in roubles as before, and it became about 6 times more expensive.
What happened there?

In fact nothing has been changed here. Still the same. Prices, I mean. But if you have to pay more than reasonable, well, seems that this is a question to your billing provider, or it depends which payment options you can use in your country - SMS, Credit Card or Money-transfer.

At first there was "WebMoney" only, and all payment was in Russian Roubles. Now there are more payment options, but the prices increased and dollar/euro only. Webmoney is still there, but now accepts dollars only.

P.S. WebMoney is one of the most popular E-wallet providers in Russia and CIS

Don't know what your problem is. Webmoney is still available as a payment method. 500 WMR for 50 credits. There is a button in upper right corner, where you can choose currency, and if you choose rubles, you can pay with webmoney.
