its says they stip but they dont wats going on here? they dont take clothes of but u just paid for 2 girls that r supposed to strip ? plz get back to me thanx and tell me wat im doiong wrong?

You should have 3 full shows in your softwares My Collection. Do you have this?

I am having the same problem. I bought Jana H. Californian suit full show and it still looks like the free one. I checked all the settings and couldn't find an answer on the help page. In my collection it says full show. Any suggestions?

... Try to go on girl, rightclick and choose "strip for me"
... or: Disable all non nude parts by unchecking the correponding checkboxes in options/settings

Yeah, I tried that and it still didn't work. I deleted her and downloaded her again, and now her free trailer won't even pop up. All of the other free trailers work except for Beatrix- sunset beach, which I think was downloaded automatically.
I am using Vista Basic and I wonder if that might be the problem. Any suggestions?
