Not that I read German, but from Starryk's post above about the only thing that you have not tried is the uninstall, then reinstall.
I would try uninstalling, check your registry to make sure the Totem keys are gone, then reboot and install again. The reistry on occassion is not cleared and that means a problem is passed from one installation to the next. This was supposed was "fixed" in 1.5.9, but lets try it anyway.
If that does not work, then please repost and one of the mods will escalate to the Totem team.

Sorry about not writing english. Yes you guessed right. After a de- and reinstall it's the same precedure like before. Only downloading demos and not the girls I've bought. All thicks are set an the filters aren't active.
