I entirely agree with @Wyldanimal on this. I take his point about "clear cut path" to mean that if you do participate then you will get the special card and pay a predictable price - though it might well be a high one if you do not want the other goodies that go with it. With the random games you can never be certain that you will ever win it so there is no clear cut path.

There is a direct path but it involves wasting time and credits on midless games that have unkown payoff. I'll pass but you can have fun with it if you like.

Totem can do anything they like with there product; there is no "other than" ? They can change the rules going forward or they can pretend never means something other than never as they have done in the past.

It is there company to do with as they see so unless you have some stake in the company it is not up to you to say what they can cannot do. But hey .... if you do have a stake can you put an end to these exclusive cards .. they really bum me out when they are released :)

Sadly without my income either; I was really looking forward to that card but I guess it wasn't mean to be. A real bummer but I can still look forward to Nicci's new cards!

I agree completely. I also found it possible to get 10 stars without buying anything I didn't want. That's the only initial offer I participated in. I later "won" three other cards with one of the scratch games at a cost of about $80 each. Not exactly a bargain.

It sells on E-Bay, and there is probably a flavour extract that can be added. Maple-Walnut would be a nice flavour too.

I don't about 'same ol, same ol yack'. I'm thinking it's an acquired taste. Wintergreen flavour would be a nice change though.

Actually, you could obtain 4 of the 5 special event cards when they were initially released without any luck at all:

• Niemira - 'Tis The Season: Reward for purchasing the Advent Calendar in 2017.
• Alyssia Kent - Splurging: Reward for collecting 10 stars through Black Friday 2018 promotions.
• Olivia Sin - Happy New Year: Reward for purchasing the Advent Calendar in 2018.
• Josephine Jackson - Tartan Cutie: Reward for pre-purchasing all cards to be released in April 2019.

Since their initial release, all of these cards have also been available through certain "game of chance" TGIF promotions like scratch cards. Ginebra Bellucci's Flash Flood card was released a part of a scratch card promotion in March 2019, so that one has always required some degree of luck to obtain. I'm curious what type of promotion we'll see tomorrow for The Black Fox card. (If I had to guess, it will be a reward for pre-purchasing all cards to be released in July at a 20% discount.)

I have a similar issue with a food as @Wyldanimal. Ham, even boiled ham, always used to be quite dry but nowadays so much water gets injected it is quite wet and the water is a significant part of its weight.

As far as I can tell no one knows the logic or conditions of the games so calculating the odds is impossible.

You're only Gold level so far. Just save your money and get the cards you want in the Girl Store. There's really no point in the loot box games at our level if your aim is to get the Special Event Cards.

Common sense backed by your 1500 credit experience would say the smart bet is not to play to win the exclusive cards. Again there is no way of knowing but it seems If you have all or most of the cards then your chances are greatly increased probably becuase there is not much else for you to win.

I am not interested in VR, so I would hope models who do VR videos to have at least one "ordinary" bonus video too released.

And we also still miss bonus videos of Elin Flame, Madison, Andreina Deluxe and Skye Blue.

Hum... Despite announces, 12 days afterwards and no reworking of Skye Blue's (nor Liya Silver's) cards meaning to diminish the "white skin as celine calld it" (I say myself : saturated colors balance) recurrent in all currently released (Crystal Clear"+") cards... 😕😕😕

@Xrystyrion - No my odds, as I explained were not different. So much so that when I played the scratch card game I still "won" the discounted cards option (more than once) even though I already had a full collection. I happened to be lucky, you happened to be unlucky.

I will try to make it even clearer. The scratch card game seems to work exactly like a physical scratch card game. It is as if there are a set of pre-printed scratch cards and when you buy one of these cards you get one at random without any account being taken of what you have in your collection. As a result everybody has exactly the same chance of winning a discount, everyone has the same chance of winning a "cash prize", and everyone has the same chance of winning a special event card. This extends even to the point that you can have a winning card that you can't use because you already own all the possible cards. The explanation given by @gkar45 does not contradict this but explains why the odds of winning the discount on a particular card or winning a particular special event card vary even though the odds of getting a winning scratch card do not.

Not having access to any special inside information I can not be absolutely certain of the above, but

1) It accords with what I have observed of the game - some lose, some win.
2) It is both simple and fair
3) It may even be illegal to adjust the odds depending on the player's situation

Point three is based on the knowledge that in the US a casino can not legally adjust the odds on a slot machine even in favour of a heavy loser. If they, as they quite often do, want to encourage such a player to come back they can offer other inducements (such as a free room for the night) but they can not fudge the odds to partialy cancel out his losses. I do not know if there are similar rules covering Totem's scratch cards, but I would not be surprised if there were.

I have only played the scratch card game once. I invested only about 60 credits of my original credit balance, won a special event card, got a discount on another card (and would have had two or three more if I had not had a full collection) and came out with more credits than I started with.
