i think my VGHD is missing a file Forum / New users corner

when i launch VGHD and goto the downloads section it says VirtuaGirl_Downloader.exe not found and i cant download any of the new girls i have purchased anyone have a solution? or can can someone point me in the dircetion of where i can find help for this problem.

A sugestion...
Save your member data (login/password) and your MODEL/DATA into a reliable media (CD-R/DVD-R or something like that), uninstall and reinstall a VGHD. And repost the backuped info.

I had to wipe the hard drive clean .And I went back into redownload my stuff and it is not letting me get all my girls back need help plz .

Like Yosho said - this is the best solution. If you have your data and models backed up to say a external drive...then just uninstall the entire VGHD program and re-install it. It worked for me, and I am not a computer expert. Also if you can look a copy of the virtualgirldownloader.exe program - copy it into the data folder.
