What does "Only table animations for this card." for card 0738 mean?

It means exactly what it says.
The card only has table clips.
There are no standing, pole or other types of clips - just table clips.
Some people ***** when there are no standing or pole clips so Totem put the disclaimer in when there are only table clips available.
