@Guitarzan2112 by playing some of the promotional games when they are active.
None this week where you can win jokers. Perhaps the next promo will allow this option.
Might be one where the first progress bar is the SEC, the second time, might be a joker.
Friday mornings things change, so keep an eye on the TGIF announcements each week.

If you search forum for "joker cards" they have been mentioned a lot.
Seems they are quite new - only introduced in 2019.
