You get the money for the least expensive one, not the last expensive one, so for the cheapest card you buy.

I usually reloaded credits whenever cashback was happening. But now they are making it more and more unappealing with each time. Thank you Totem for saving my money that i would otherwise have spent on reloads.

If All 5 cards have the Same Purchase price, you are getting a 20% discount when you receive the refund for the 5th purchase.
If you include the New Release as one of the 5
You are getting a 50% discount off the New Trio Card !
here is the math:
5 cards at 25 credits = 125 credits
Refund of 25 credits.
Total for the 5 cards after the refund = 100 credits.
1 - (100 / 125 ) = .20 or
20% Discount
4 cards at 25 credits, Plus 1 card at 50 credits = 150 credits
Refund of 25 credits = 50% off the Trio card
Total for the 5 cards after the refund = 125 credits
1 - (125 / 150 ) = .1666 or
16.7% Discount overall
The Discounts are the Same for All iStripper Levels..

It's interesting how math is now required to show how great the savings is we are getting.

The Cash back is Given after the Purchase of Every 5th Card.
It started on Friday.
so From Friday, Every 5th card Purchased will trigger a Cash back.
This continues up till the end of the Offer.
After Every 5th card purchased, you get a refund for the Least Expensive Card of the 5 that were purchased.
It Does NOT matter when the 5 were purchased.
1 on Friday, 2 on Saturday, 1 Sunday, and then 5th on Sunday Evening. That will trigger the Cash back
or you Purchase 5 cards in a row, after Every 5th card purchased you get refunded the cost of the Least Expensive card.

When i reached the 500 cards i wanted to rent from my wishlist the cashback was going to be pivotal in how i acquired those cards, now...not so much.

There are 41 cards that have a higher than Regular Price.
So technically, if a member calculated it out, and waited, they would have had 41 opportunities
to take advantage of the old version of the Cash back offer.
I ran a spread sheet to find out, How Much the Difference is..
The Old Cash Back vs the Current Cash back...
if a member waited and then used the cash back to buy ALL 41 of the More Expensive cards
by Buying 4 regular priced cards Along with that card.
here is the list of the 41 cards

38 ou 39 cartes publiées d'après moi. J'ai un doute avec Sonya Blaze 0811, affichée plus chère dans le isworkshop, mais je l'ai obtenue au prix régulier lors de sa sortie.

The cashback is less attractive than before, but I have most of the cards I want so I don't care. One of the previous cashbacks I bought many cards and watched that the fifth card was the most expensive card. Lucky me.

Certainly it is less attractive than its previous incarnations, but, in my opinion, it remains one of the best of the special offers - one of very few in which you have complete control over which cards you end up with and know beforehand how much it will cost to get them.
You get the best percentage refund, 20%, if you buy 5 cards that are equally priced and the best absolute value for the refund if you buy 5 expensive cards. But no matter which 5 cards you choose you effectively get one of them at no cost (ignoring for now the slight complication if you run out of credits before your 5th purchase).
To some extent, at least for some users, the previous versions of Cashback encouraged purchasing old, cheap, cards to get an expensive, 30 credit, card for free. The current version encourages either buying newer cards or buying 5 of the rarer more expensive cards if there are 5 left in the store for you to buy. But if you do that make sure that your purchases are properly sychronised - you do not want to accidently qualify for the refund after buying 4 expensive cards to get the refund for a cheaper card bought the day before.
