I recently played the Rainbow Candy game on here and won 2x 150 credits as well as 2x special cards... None of which have shown up or been available to my account.

I did win a gift card, and a few other (15, 35, free card) things, and they went through, but not the other ones.

Is there a reason for this?

Update - Decided to play a few more times, just for fun, and two more times (for a total of 4) I was not given the special event card and one more time (for a total of 3) did not receive the 150 credits.

There was even one time when a regular card was not given as winning item in the game...

This seems a little deceiving if they are not going to be giving out the rewards that you win.

FWIW - I do not have any of the special event cards, so there is no reason that one would not have been available upon winning.

Will not be playing this anymore until some resolve is made.

The reward in the central circle must also appear in one of the smaller circles.

The same situation was on Black Friday Only then it happened not only to me ... Now I am alone, so you sell me off and I do not like such treatment and distrust: Tickets on Black Friday # 000036300.
Then the system took over 3 000 credits and even the extra ones took 1 320 credits purchased in the promotion ... So no wonder that the situation could happen on April 30

I do understand how the game works, and was playing (and watching) the resulting circles at the end of the "automatic scratch". But I do appreciate the response.

Unfortunately, none of the winnings (mentioned above) were credited to my account. It's a bit frustrating, and I am curious if any of this will be resolved.

I've seen a lot of people having these specific items not added to their accounts when winning. I would be curious to find out if anyone has actually received them.

Can you see the SEC Card's in your History?
Try Synchronize with Server and/or restart iStripper.
If nothing helps open up a Ticket.

During a normal or SEC card win, the card won is displayed on the deck.
If you are sure you have won, your best bet is to send the team a ticket. Synchronize before maybe?
Personally, I have played this game a bit for the past few days and have not had any issues.

Maybe I should add to mention, that the game did in fact say that I won those items mentioned above, and the resulting game "card" showed that I had won.

@Stanston - Sorry about not seeing your response.. No, I don't see them anywhere, nor do I see them in my history. I have tried to resync, and restarting/rebooting didn't solve anything either, unfortunately.

I did open a ticket, and will let the group know what the response was.

Agree I bought 20 today hopeing to get 1 or 2 special event cards.
I got 3 free cards which was not free and actually cost more. I did get most of my credits back
which I chose not to buy more as It was slowly draining my credits and not even 1 of the 22 special event cards
I do not own. I have never won a joker card or a special event card through gambling on here. I wont be trying again. I see it as a rip off. These special event cards are nothing but a slap in the face to us who wants to buy all the cards but cant afford or want to gamble large amounts of money to get them all. The odds of winning them should be changed.

On another note I do enjoy the games where I am getting a discount and not getting ripped off lol. It has helped build my collection up.

I can understand seeing it as annoying in paying 15 credits for a Rainbow Candy scratch card and win a free card that actually costs less than 15 credits, such as the older shows. Though it does work exactly as a lotto scratch ticket where you can win something that's worth less than the ticket price, but it's still better than winning nothing.

I know of someone recently who let there bills go close to 10,000 over bad gambling habbits. Its ***** bad for the comsumer but good for the corporation.

Just like casinos, iStripper can't be held accountable for someone spending too much cause they have a gambling addiction. At least in the case with iStripper it's not money lost if you create a massive collection in short time, cause you get to keep the cards/shows forever.
