Yes I am having the same problem. I am using Mac Big Sur. There is no error message with a code. It just says "download *****".

To all : try to stop and relaunch all your hardware (PC and internet router). If the error remains, try to log in again with your actual login&password.

I am having a download problem.
I just get the message: Download *****
Even after rebooting my laptop istripper managed to download and play a show demo but not a full show.
I got 10 to 15 per cent of the full show before it *****.
Could a Moderator please flag this server problem with the team so that they can sort it out on Monday.
