Cards missing, uninstalled and reinstalled, too many installs Forum / New users corner

I deleted my virtuagirl software with the intent to reinstall when all of the cards were missing from my collection when in fact I have 475 cards. When I tried to reinstall it, it says "too many installs" although I have only installed the software on one computer. Can this be fixed? Thanks.
