The cosplay card of Li Moon probably had more votes than anything else because it was advertized like crazy and still is. It also has by far the worst average vote of any of Li Moon's cards by almost a quarter of a point.

I came across this rare gem in the store...

XXX is important for a few reasons.

#1. dancing in the erotica/porn world is relatively rare. Almost no productions involve dancing. Most involve b/g or solo work though. So hiring a girl like Liya Silver to dance for 5 hours is not a good idea. Allowing her to dance a bit and then do what she is familiar with is much better.

#2. XXX offers a sales boost to late series cards. Take Li Moon for example... here are her cards and the # of votes which is a ROUGH estimate of sales.

1191= 182 votes
1192= 114 votes
1194 = 196 votes COSPLAY
1193= 88 votes
0486= 136 votes XXX

This is a fascinating set because we see the normal big votes on the first card and then the normal big drop to the 2nd card. But totem is getting creative and so to fight the continual drop they add in a cosplay card. This drives votes back up. Then we see a massive drop in card 4 which is normal and then another spike for the xxx. Without the cosplay or xxx the popularity of the set likely would have dropped to 50% of the first card. This is the challenge for totem. To keep interest in a set strong for all 6 cards.

DISCLAIMER: This is in no way scientific. Votes does not mean sales but after looking through hundreds of cards there is a pattern that occurs...votes drops with each subsequent card, even if time is equalized. Many sets drop by as much as 50% from 1st to last card. Outfit probably has as big of an effect on sales as xxx which is why the cosplay outperformed everything.

There seem to be some people who will not buy a card if it is known to have XXX content, just as there are some that only buy such cards.

Subject of my post was simply to point that, also indubitaly, there is way less xxx content included in each XXX card than it once was; so, as a whole, the total amount of xxx content released nowadays is still far, far less than the one which was released some years ago, even if there has recently been a little increase in the number of XXX cards released.

But recently there have indubitably been more iStripperXXX cards released each week than there have been non-XXX cards. A few weeks back the bias was in the opposite direction while before that there was a more stable ratio between the two types of cards. Some of us wonder if the change is a permanent one or just a statistical fluctuation. I hope it is the latter, possibly induced by the current pressure on the release process that @Rex has referred to in another thread.

As a whole, the amount of xxx content now released is FAR less than the one we did get at times of Deskbabes and old XXX cards: cards which were composed almost TOTALLY by xxx clips.
Now a XXX card has ordinarily as few as 3 such clips, and also we saw in many cases only 2 or even 1.
So, who doesn't like xxx content has just to delete, or ignore, only a couple of clips; clips which, instead, are very much appreciated by many other people.

Same here. I do have pretty terrible luck, but the odds of not winning that card are getting pretty bad at this point, There has to be something wrong with the odds of the last few scratcher events in regards to the special event cards. Guess I'm destined to never have that Ginebra Bellucci card since I've already ***** too much money trying to win it and I'm done. The staff really needs to look into the issue, I bet the stats for people who have won card are significantly less than the other special event cards, or at least in the scratcher games.

A bunch of great shows being released! I'm a picky collector, but I do kinda miss playing these random event games. But my wallet sure didn't! ✌😎
