I appreciate that the cards are larger in Models individual page, they look good, accept they have been defaced by the "In my collection" banner across all of them. Why can't the cards just be separated into 2 categories with "In my collection" only having to be mentioned once.

Is it possible for those who tried this version to still see (as in my version 1.2.360) what was the image behind our icon and the credits of my old version. (I think among others of the eyes of the girls of the PictureBoy skins?)

Like @pickle1 all of my 32 SECs have their gold stars clearly visible.

Strange... I have synchronised with servers a couple of times, closed and quit the software, and still the same thing. I have 51 SEC and 9 of them have those stars in the corners. 42 of them look like regular cards.

Of course this is not important, just a curious thing the developers might want to know about. Probably will be corrected for me, too, later.

I haven't downloaded this new beta version. And I plan to wait, and don't know if I will. I'm not convinced of the real improvement of these changes.

I think it's a pity that the carousels disappeared, it was a nice way to see the models, which unfortunately were not updated anymore, except for the new ones.

It's also a shame not to see a 64bit version.

One ***** thing I noticed with beta: I have all special event cards but (under "My Collection" and "Special Event Cards") most of them don't have the "star indicator" signifying that they are SEC. I have SEC sorted by card number, and only the first three e-series cards have the star (e0863...e1321) and only the first six f-series cards (f0406...f0567).

@Dfner - I have just been looking through my collection where my SECs and cards are sorted by date of purchase - and I have checked the first (newest) 15 SECs down to Tatiana Coco and all of those have the star showing on them in My Collection. I haven't checked the rest yet - it is a bit of a slog

It is just not economically viable for companies like Totem to continue to provide versions that can run on such outdated software.

I won't upgrade my system just because Totem decided Windows 7 is too outdated for their product. I have too many softwares I still need to use that won't work in Windows 10. So for me there's only 1 solution, iStripper v1.2.378 will be my last version until it stops working with Totem's system. After that "Bye Bye Totem.

I wouldn't be surprise that half of iStripper members run on "outdated systems" such as Windows 7 or 8.

I have been on the beta for some time and I switch almost daily because there is a feature of the new version that makes it difficult for me to QA the upcoming shows so I flick back to 378 to do my QA work 😉

I think that's a fair price to pay for the privilege to see all future cards earlier than the rest of us 😜 👍

One request, if possible: I was hoping with this improved UI that I would be able to tell which cards I currently have downloaded or not, when I'm on a girl's page (the one where you see all of their cards). It shows what's in your collection, what's not in your collection, and what's coming soon; just like the non-beta version. However, if would be nice if it were possible to tell which ones are in your collection and downloaded, or not downloaded. Maybe by the color of the tag?

I have been on the beta for some time and I switch almost daily because there is a feature of the new version that makes it difficult for me to QA the upcoming shows so I flick back to 378 to do my QA work 😉

Thank you very much! This is very useful information. I did as instructed and now have two bin folders and beta running nicely. Probably won't need the reverting back to 1.2.360 but nice to know that there is an easy option for it available.

I hope this is going to be fixed. It doesn't affect all of my skins so I am not sure exactly what they have changed.

I don't want to go through dozens of skins (assuming I can actually find what they have changed) and fix them only to have them revert it back again.😰

When I click on Feedback, my browser (Firefox) is opening on a blank page with "iStripper 2 Beta feedback" in the center. No place to write something.

With my dark personal skin, some texts are not visible. The palette seems to have changed a bit.

Easy to Revert.
Quit iStripper.
Make a copy of the Current BIN folder and call it BIN12360
So you now have a BIN folder and a BIN12360 folder.
Both are all the same files.

Now Install the Beta, it will overwrite the Current BIN folder..

Test, Test Test the new beta..

When you want to revert

Quit iStripper
rename the current BIN folder to BIN12510
then rename BIN12360 to BIN

You can now swap back and forth between the two versions
in a Matter of Seconds.

I have Many Versions installed this way.
I just rename the folders as I test them.

Looking good judging by Wyldanimal's video! I especially like that the card size for "other cards by same model" is not microscopic anymore.

I would like to test this myself, but I would also like to be able to easily revert back to the version I'm using (1.2.360), just in case. The thing is that I can't find my installation file for that version anywhere anymore... I must have deleted it at some point. I know there's later finished version available, but since I have had no problems whatsoever with 1.2.360 I'd like to revert to that if need be. Is the installation file for that version downloadable somewhere?

When I click the feedback button the drop down menu closes and nothing else happens. All other buttons work and I have a file "application.cds". The app doesn't crash.

Hopefully one of the next improvements will be the ability to filter out the various clip types, like turning off the swing clips without having to go into every single show and de-selecting them individually. That can't possibly be that hard. You already do it for the hotness level.

First of all I agree the slider for card size is important. As someone who works in accessibility in games, players with different needs need to have fine control over that. Also the color choices (red and green) over dark grey is a poor choice for people with protanopia (most common colorblindness). There is more stuff on that aspect that requires considerations, like text sizes for headers, links and more, but I'll leave it as is for now. Let me know if you want to know more.

On another topic it would be better to have ways to sort and filter the main screen content. Personally the feature banner is too big and it makes more sense to have the newest cards as the first category, not the most popular.

In genera; I would say that it works well. I did notice some graphics artifacts by my systray. I then went full screen and came back. The artifacts are gone. I'll try to screen capture if I see it again.

Regarding 1080p 60 screen resolution = I can confirm that unlike the none-beta version, When going full screen HDR 1080p , the Beta program supports the HDR function, with 60 FPS. Unlike the normal program which turns off HDR (4k is still not supported.

• This might be just my screen that has the problem, maybe in other screens and other windows versions, it works with 4k?

Hi, can you please do the following:

• Install the new beta but don't launch it.
• Go into your data folder (by default, C:/Users/[your_user]/AppData/vghd/data) and find "vghd.log" and remove it.
• Launch iStripper. Wait for it to crash and note the exact time.
• Go into Windows "Event Viewer" and see if you can see anything related to iStripper at that time (most probably in the "Windows Logs => Applications" section).
• Send me (e.g. via Manue at the support or directly on discord if you're using it) your vghd.log, anything you may have noticed in the Windows Events Viewer, as well as the exact time the crash happened (please include your time zone with it) so I can take a look at it on our end.

A ***** thing.The resizing button at the bottom left of the top scrolling area of the Featured page is difficult to see and therefore easily overlooked - I only found it by accident when I was surprised that this area suddenly and unexpectedly changed its size and it took me quite some time to find out how to shrink it again.

when I said "we then have to scroll through several screens" I was using "screens" loosely - I really meant "windowfulls". Not everybody uses the GUI at its maximum size, especially when trying to do something systematic with a set of cards that involves using a second program at the same time. It is easier to work with two windows open side by side than to keep on bringing one and then the other to the front of the window stack - especially when you are trying to compare data in one window with that in another.

Although the new bar at the bottom of the screen is useful I do find it to be a little intrusive. An auto-hide option like that which Windows provides for the task bar would be appreciated. With such an option enabled the bar would then be visible whenever the mouse pointer was hovering at the bottom of the window and would quietly go away when it was not needed.

On the first page displayed after the initial splash screen I would very much prefer to see the News section without having to scroll down. Currently the most prominent items on this page are the two that I am least interrested in seeing.

As the News section often contains important announcements - sometimes very important announcements - I think that it should be the first thing that is seen when the program starts.

Agreed, but it really ought not be necessary to rely on third party software.

Windows 10, and I assume Windows 11, has Virtual Desktops built in to it. But I have never been able to use them successfully with iStripper Full Screen Scenes (not that I have tried very hard) because hitting any key exits Full Screen Scene mode making it impossible to switch back to the other screen.

I also noticed that, but I prefered the old size and would much prefer being able to resize them as we can in the store and for My Collection. This is particularly true for those girls who have many cards, such as Viola, as we then have to scroll through several screens to see them all making comparisons more difficult than it need be.

I would also very much prefer it if this page showed all of the cards for the model, not just the "other" cards. With the current arrangement it makes doing anything systematic with those cards more difficult than it ought to be

Even better would being able to switch between rendering the scenes at full screen size and rendering them in a resizable minimisable window in a similar manner to all of the video players that I have seen.

With a little bit of software, you can create a Virtual Monitor ( up to 4 of them )
Then using OBS you can create a PIP window view of this Virtual Monitor.

you can run multiple copies of OBS to create a PIP for Each one of your Virtual Monitors.

I like everything so far, especially the new "features" tab. I would however like if we could somehow reorganize this page by e.g. minimizing the "popular shows" row (or other rows). As a proud owner of a full collection, this isn't really interesting for me. I would like to see "latest news" directly under the big picture, followed by "coming soon".

Feedback button also not working for me,
One thing I would have loved would have been a sort by release date for my collection.
I don't like it when I see old cards that I have won in the games at the top of my collection.
Sorting by number does not help with this, as normal and x rated cards have a different number.

At first I was taken a little aback by the dropdown menu that appears when you click on your name in GUI's header line but quickly go used to it and now quite like it.

However, there are a couple of extra items I would like to see there

1 - Go to website (currently available only after going to your profile)
2 - Show collection summary (currently available by clicking on your avatar in the forum)

Neither of these ought to require any new functionality, only a new way to trigger existing functionality.

Why?
Think about if you only have a single screen
It would not be possible to adjust the sliders while a scene is playing.

If you apply that logic to the action of ***** cards to the Now Playing area then this also would be disabled in Full Screen mode - but it is not. It is unavailable to those with only a single screen (because the GUI is hidden behind the scene) but is still available, and useful, if you have two or more screens. I think the same should be true for the volume control.

Then you could run the GUI and the scene on a single screen and still be able to use both - that would be a major change to the program and may be beyond the scope of the changes that Totem are contemplating.

I do not use iStripper scenes as a screensaver but I would imagine that many of those that do would not want the girls sounds to be audible when the screensaver cuts in.

Why can't the controls be interactive for both fullscreen and desktop? It would make sense to be able to have the interactive control for fullscreen for users with more than one screen.

Certainl;y the mute facility whilst fullscreen is running is reallly useful for taking phone calls withouit having to stop the scene.

Seems like a step backwards to me.😭
