I am guessing that you need to go to the email.
click your icon (upper right corner) and use the help center. Send an email to support. You might also need to send a note to the biller to make sure it is closed on that end.

HiI have the 'old' premium subscription model of 58 dollar give or take for a year.I would like to know how I go about turning this off.I am no longer collecting
cards at this stage.Cheers

Contact your subscription biller BEFORE your next rebill & requst to cancel your your subscription. Send a copy of your request to @Manue so the Team knows too.
