This doesn't seem to open for me, stuck on the loading screen with the spinning white wheel all morning. Have restarted and synchronsied with server, doesn't seem to help. Anyone else having this issue?

Pretty annoyed that the cards I'm looking forward to the most always end up in these types of events. I have the entire collection minus the nft cards so participating in these events become almost impossible for me and a waste a credits. Probably going to stop investing in this software at this point. Tired of throwing money away for nothing. Thanks for nothing

My 2 cents. With doing all the games I still need to charge for almost 300 euro's credits to get the cards. Can't do all like buying lots of cards and get credits. Some additional quests would be appreciated. Like the losses are now missing with thrilling spin. I can now only get the cards by charging a lot of credits. Last event I skipped as did not had the money. Now might reconsider as credits you will use anyway. But just don't understand the fun in it.

I don't either. Better things to do with my time and my money.
Too many things have to be completed to get anywhere near the SEC.
And the EX well forget it.
Would much prefer to just have a price set to get it with one click, like any normal card, which after all these are just normal cards picked out to be SEC and EX cards.

I agree completely. These events are set up in a way that feels terrible to me (and I assume most users). I have done the previous 6 EX events but I'm skipping them from now on unless the format changes. To put my biggest issues out there:

1. Quests to buy shows don't count shows won from events like the scratchers.
2. If I finish every set of quests (except dolz), I am still 500 points short of the final card.

I want to be able to complete these with tokens I already paid for in my account. Making it impossible without paying real money feels terrible. Please add a 500 point quest to each category so the EX card is unlockable without needing a token purchase to complete. Let me buy a bunch of tokens now and then I can finish the next 1-2 EX events with the tokens I just purchased.

I love this platform but respectfully, this event is untenable. It severely penalizes your best customers. The higher your level, the worse return on winning cards through the games. Worse yet, people with completed collections can only obtain the event cards by spending hundreds of dollars on credits they can’t use.

Much preferred are events where spending credits on games at least earns you progress towards the event cards. Or just give quest rewards for having VIP levels, which would also greatly incentivize customers to expand their collections. People with complete collections should be able to claim nearly enough quest tokens to get the event cards outright.

If not the above, please consider designing events to reward your best customers rather than disqualify them. I really want the event cards but the path to obtaining them is unreasonable absent extraordinary luck.

Sounds like one issue anyway is that people already own most/all of the cards. Or most/all of the cards that they are interested in. Thus games that award cards are not an option if you already own all the cards or all the ones that you want. The games are to provide the company with additional revenue. Selling an extra card for say 300 credits rather than 30 would provide revenue. But my experience in trying to win a joker card was that I spent way more than 300 credits to do so. So an extra card would need to cost substantially more in order to bring in a similar revenue. Perhaps including a game that isn't based on cards and provides the necessary quest points. Include only items like winning: special cards, jokers, etc so that there are items for someone to win that they don't already own. People trying to win these extra cards are trying to support the company.

when a game allows me to win something and I know I can win it, and I want to win it, then it is worth playing. As I read from some of the other posts, Some of this is something I just can't reach. For me, for this "win" I don't think I am chasing this one.
