Usually, unless you have a gambling license, any form of chance must reward you with something of at least the value you "paid" with, if not more. But do they do that here?
Usually, unless you have a gambling license, any form of chance must reward you with something of at least the value you "paid" with, if not more. But do they do that here?Welcome back (if you haven't been around in a while...) I think the legal work around for the gambling concern is that we do not spend money. We do not win money. It is credits. You spend credits that have no value. Many on this forum do not like the NFT, SEC nor gambling. You are not alone.Totem is a company that makes money. It will do what makes money. Most of the product is something I like. I will spend my credits (credits!!!) on the items I like.
Maybe, but the credits themselves still represent a monetary value. Just like a poker chip isn't money per say, but it does represent one (and why casinos have gambling licenses).
YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE CREDIT SYSTEM HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR THE PURCHASE OF CREDITS.
