I have purchased 5 new cards during this promotion but I do not believe I have been reimbursed.
How do I get reimbursed, since it was suposed to happen imediately after the fifth purchase.

Since then, you have not Purchased any card with Credits
( 4 cards were free ( probably from one of the TGIF events )
So you have to Purchase with credits, 5 more cards, before your next Cash back.

Look again, yes I have other cards I won with one of the games, but I also purchased 6 cards separately.
