These two cards that I paid for haven't been working in quite some time. how about a fix for them? O credits put on my account to replace them. I would rather get the cards working again just the same. Camilla is the models name.

If you have a backup of the VGHD files, it's possible to play the card.
The steps to do this are:
Step 1: Copy the VGHD files in the correct folder.
Step 2: Make a "Rebuild".
But if you have no VGHD files, turn away to customer service.
