I just downloaded the software onto my desktop and I enter my proper username and password and it says "Can't renew this existing account..." but I'm able to login to my account on my laptop.

Never mind I fixed it.

I have downloaded the istripper and installed it but I can't log in to software.
But I can log in to my account on the web.

I can't open the software even when I enter user name and password.
it keeps showing "Network error (404)"

Did not use I stripper in for a couple of years.

Today I installed the software again but every time I try to log in an error message appears:

"Can't Renew this existing account, the username or password you have entered is not valid." "If you already have an account please verify the information you have entered."

Please help, I am sure that I am using the correct username and password.
