Do you live in the US? If so, maybe use can buy a debit card (do not need an account for that) for a certain amount. There is a fee applied and there may also be a minimum limit.
I buy stuff on the internet (now only here and one other adult web site (hundreds of movie clips). I only buy debit cards to do this.
1) go to a local bank
2) ask if they sell debit cards
3) buy a card for the minimum amount (if they sell)
4) buy credits at Totem with the card
5) with credits you can purchase any girls

There might be another way :)
Goto a card you are interested in buying and check if you can "Buy Her by Phone or SMS"

PS. Om du lever i Sverige så ska det funka :) Är dock ganska dyrt jämfört med om du kan betala med kort. Tror en ticket kostar ca 30kr.
