sorry still kinda new here. I was one who bought amber cute play time 0026 at 3k price. where do I direct my request for partial refund?

Where do I submit such a request? All I can find under "Customer Service" are pre-populated FAQs.

Well, my guess is you have to contact them directly .. At the top of the page, at the left side, where are the country flags and T.O.S & E.U.L.A there is "Contact us".

Has been said also in FAQs, if you can't find an answer .. please contact ..

if u click customer service and pick a topic if it doesn't answer your question it lets u submit a request

You can't submit, if you haven't picked a subject .. I'd recommend to use "Contact us" given above. Probably goes much faster as well.
