I've bought a membership and downloaded a couple of girls. One of them, Beatrix - Holidays Motion, the status says is 100% downloaded, but it doesn't appear in my collection. Nor when I browse the girls, does it show as me having the card. I've done the 'check for updates' and other items have downloaded correctly, but not this one.

Tha card "Beatrix - Holidays Motion" is in your collection.
VirtuaGirlHD software is downloading automatic the card for the next day, when you have select "automatically download full shows". You can see this card next day.
