Why get free girls you don't want as a subscriber.

When you can buy any one you like as a member.

Look at it this way, If you buy them one at a time at $1.00 US in 6 months you will spend around $180.00 US for 180 cards. If you subscribe for 6 months it will cost you $59.70 US and you still end up with 180 cards. You will save $120.30 US.

A no brainer for me...

Many people do both.

If you want all the girls, do both.

If you want 'cheap' variety, a subscription is the answer. Lots of full shows and some models that you would never have thought to buy will work really well for you. Some will be a disaster for you, delete them, at $0.33 each it is not a problem.

If you want only specific cards, with 260 now available, you are going to need to real patient (or real lucky) to get the ones you want cheap. So you are likely to be paying $2 each.

The choice is nice. Some people will have collections of 25 cards for $50 and exactly what they wanted. Others can have 190 cards for $60. Any yet more can collect them all, but starting now with a subscription is going to be expensive.

Look at it this way.

If you subscribe and never buy any cards as singles, you will always have about 260 cards you don't have since they average 7 new cards each week replacing the ones you get free...

If you want the whole collection, you have to at least occasionally buy individual cards or keep a sharp eye out for bonus sets like the 12 card pack on valentines day.

There was mention of future bonus packs being made available like "best of Blonds", etc. but nothing as to when that might be. Still have to figure out what happens with duplicate cards in something like that so it could be a while before we see it actually happen.

If you subscribe, keep an eye on the calendars coming "free" cards and if you see a good one, grab it for 1 ticket. It will be replaced with another random card so you won't "lose" any of your free cards. You'll just get that one ahead of time. Over time, the number of cards you don't have will shrink if you keep doing that.

Even though I'm a subscriber I got a bit impatient today. The wife left me with the kid (... OK, just for the day!) so I could catch up with some paperwork. Suddenly I'm drawn to 20 tickets forkets for $25 and they're there. Next they mysteriously pick up White Spider, Night Clubbing, Hallucination, Motel69, Ibiza and Drink Party!

That makes up for the Zafira's over the last week or so!

If you subscribe and get one girl a day, or if you buy them one at a time on a pay per show basis, they are yours for life. As pointed out several times above, the subscription is the cheapest 'per girl' way to go.

Speaking from reasons based on economics ...
I would assume the chances of duplicates in the non-subscribers calendar should be the same as that for subscribers. Totem have the money already for the subscrptions and want to encourage people to resub. They don't have the cash from purely ticket purchases so it is in their interest to give a calendar full of potential purchases. If, say, ten cards in the non-sub calendar are dupes that is a definite loss of 10 tickets in sales.

This is not an official statement, but makes sense to me!

As a subscriber, you won't get duplicates. Totem tries to prevent doubles.

As for "tries": There were (or are?) problems with this if you bought all cards (or almost all), but my understanding is that these troubles have been addressed and fixed.

You can trust me, they have fix this problem.
