Luck of the draw!

Lola Fresh Kiss has a rating of 8.91 so it could appear as a special at any time.

There are currently 233 cards that have a rating of 8.70 or more so statistically the odds of one card appearing as a special are fairly slim.

What are the rules, about what goes on "Special"? I've been waiting for days, for "the Girl of my Dreams" (Karina, Zuzana, Marta, Sendy or Viki) to appear.

Another thing:
The ratings on some brand new shows seem unreasonably (artificially) high. How can a brand new Girl be so popular?

As BAfsb notes, a card must be rated 8.70 or higher to be placed on special.

So, as currently configured, you will never see Sendy on special, as all of her cards are rated below the threshold.
