Can someone tell me what is the benefit of becoming a member? I thought that I would get a new show every day but I only get a trailer. If I was aware of that I would have just bought tickets in the first place. Unless there are benefits that I am not aware of???? Hopefully someone can let me know what I am missing out on. Thanks in advance.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question fully. To become a member all you have to do is create an account here, then you buy tickets to purchase the shows with.
When you go the subscription route you will get a free full show every day until the shows run out. At this point only three shows per week are being produced so when the membership gets 'caught up' you will get three shows per week.

I am seeing in your profile that you have 9 full shows, if these are only showing as trailers then check your settings under the 'My Collection' tab in the software. I don't know what version of the software you are running but one version of it had a default setting of 'trailers only' here. Make sure you have that set either on 'all cards' or 'my collection'.

I am obviously doing something wrong. I may have 9 full shows but only 2 of them are full nudity shows. Are the shows that you are supposed to get each day full nudity? I am a subscriber, not just a free member so I may have written that wrong in my first question. As a subscriber, is the show that downloads every day the same as the show that you can buy with tickets? Thanks again for any assistance.

@BallzyOne: if you are a subscriber then you will get automatically a full show every day. You can, of course, buy additional ones for tickets.

If you get only trailers, check under "Downloads" if "Automatically download full shows" is activated. If you don't activate it you can still download full shows maually by selecting the card and then choosing "Dwnload her now".

If you want to know if a show purchased by ticket and one purchased with subscription are the same, the answer is yes (I had the same doubt at the beginning).

As @thegraybeard mentioned check the Display settings on "My collection" and choose "All cards". This way you can see all you have. Then you can play around with the other settings to see the difference.

Thanks guys, I checked my downloads tab and the "automatically download full shows" is checked, so is the "automatically download trailers" and the "allow background downloading after program quits" is also checked. I have also checked the details on what shows I have and only 2 of them are full shows so what was downloaded yesterday was only a trailer. What am I doing wrong? Thanks again.

Can you please post a sceenshot of your My Collectons Tab in the Options window?

there are various settings there that you may not have right.

Could you also check in the advanced tab and advise what version you have.

Do the Trailer cards say "Trailer" with a blue stripe or are they only greyed out?

If they are only greyed out try a manual download (select a card and then click "Download her now".

If they have a blue stripe with "Trailer" on it then they are only trailers, which is weird.

Since you don't have many cards, you could also try to clean-up your installation (but first make a copy of your vghd folder in case you need to restore something):

• exit the program (first make sure that there are no downloads in progress)
• delete all folders beginning with a0 in \vghd\Models
• delete all folders beginning with a0 in \vghd\Data
• delete the file \vghd\models.lst
• open the program again and click "Check for updates" under "Download"

Usually deleting \vghd\models.lst is enough but since you have few cards I'd go for a full cleanup.

HOWEVER: I have noticed something strange in your collection: it says you have 9 cards but it shows only 6. Maybe you should contact support.

As @Cartref mentioned posting a screen before fubling with the installation might be a good idea (even if what I have suggested should be safe).

Also: upgrade to latest version (1.0.2.35) is recommended.

In general: you must be able to download all shows in your collection:

but there is something wrong with yours at the moment: it says you have 9 cards but it shows 6.

Please also note that past card might not download automatically if you do a cleanup: you might need to download them manually with "Download her now".

Easiest way,

Open to the desired screen and press the print screen button.

Then open MS Paint in the accessories folder in startup

then Do Ctrl + V for paste or use the edit menu item and select past

The fo a File/Save as and makesure that you save it as a >JPG file other wise it will be too big.

Note the name and location od where you saved it.

Then do a reply to this topic, click the browse button and navigate to the location where you saved the file and click OK

Assuming you have Windows XP

• open Paint
• go in the VirtuaGirl program on the screen you need to take
• press [ALT] + [PRNT SCRN] on the keyboard (it means: press [PRNT SCRN] while holding down [ALT])
• go back on Paint and paste (CTRL+V or "Edit", "Paste")
• save as JPG
• upload

On Vista it should be something similar.

Gidday to all helpers, sorry for being a bit light on in the intelligence department but I think that I have finally sorted it. After Ultratwists suggestion I realised that I have to download the full shows manually. That's what is happening here anyway. The version I am running is 1.0.2.32, of which I will try and upgrade after I download the full shows, which I thought would download automatically. Doesn't matter, at least I think that I am up and running. I have also posted a screenshot of the my collections tab below. Thanks for all your help.

the thing you ptrobably do not relaise is that there were a few bugs in 32 to a greater or lesser degree. One of the greater bugs was to disable the auto download, hence the suggestion to install 35 as soon as possible.

Your plan to do this after you finish the manual downloads is sensible and I would follow that plan.

The auto-download is hit and miss with my install. One card it downloaded and finished without me doing anything and another card i bought and didn't get downloaded til the next day when i checked on it by clicking the button.

I can seem to get trailers Anybody out there has the same problem??

@peteand56: are you a subscriber?

If yes you don't get trailers because you get the full cards directly. Whether you then download the full card or the trailer only is up to you, but the system grants you rights for the full card and therefore shows it as such. If you go on "My Trailers" on the website they should correspond to the last 5 full cards you got as a subscriber.

If you are not a subscriber I have no idea.
