i cant play my girls in my collection only the demos play any help ive tried everything

@guero43, Welcome to forum. What do you mean by "tried everything"?
You have 11 cards in collection, right?
If you do not want to watch demos, just disable them. In Settings _ Advanced uncheck the checkbox "Automatically play demos". Also be sure that your collection is active. At the top of the GUI in My Collection there's an option "More". Open it and choose All on/off. Try to switch OFF and then ON again.

yes it dont let mr the cards in my collection dont play the card says coming up and im not able to play them

So you have subscription then... There's nothing to do than just wait, when these cards will be available for you in server and software will download them. It's alright, just takes some time and patience.

sucks tho i have 20 cards and none are able to play

@guero43, are you saying purchased cards are not playing? Please post a screenshot so that we can try and figure out your problem as you are not giving us much info to work with.

Have you Downloaded the Cards?
after you buy a Card, you have to Download it..

ahh "the card says coming up"

Check your computers date and time. are they set correctly??
when you click on One of the Cards, at the bottom it will tell you
In your Collection Since:
What date is the card displaying?

You can find some useful info as well, when using Search. Just type "coming up" into the box Within: All sections and then see the results.
