Problem with buying a model' show.

Hi, I have just installed VirtuaGirl, and I wanted to buy one show. I chose "pay by phone", and this is what I had to do:

1. Call to: number
2. Dial this PIN Code on your telephone: number

So I called that number and there was a woman's vioce (auto) speaking something, but unfortunately it wasn't clear for me. But I dialed that PIN code, pressed call button to confirm, but nothing happend... Nothing but that voice... Do you guys know what went wrong?

I have the same problem.
3 minuts = 0 credits, what is this?
Please return SMS paying, pay by phone not working.
Or working - you have money, we have nothing.

I wait 9 days and any answer of customer service. I pay together for 5 credits and i have nothing.. Where is my money i dont know, i have no idea about it and dont have money...

People! Dont use "pay by phone" - this is lost money!

Normally 1 min. = 1 credit, but when connect during 1 min 01 sec i pay for 2 min. and have 1 credit
last lady in my phone , when i write dialing number from site say " you dial number is wrong" i pay for 1 min. and have nothing...
What is this, i pay and have nothing or half-nothing ;) who have my money?

the problem are the VG Team have not control of how the payphone made.

but no worry, @CV contact the Team and the Team see the problem, in your side write the time when you have call and the dial number is possible the Team ask you this information by using PM.

infortunaly is the weekend, and is possible you must wait Monday, and i see also your ask then i control if all ok for you in the futur.

I just want to point out, that this phone payment method is utterly stupid, time and money consuming. The codes you need to dial keep changing during the call and thus it is quite possible for it to last much longer than 1 minute, highly increasing the cost. The SMS payment was much more stable, but I recon the company doesn't want to cooperate anymore.

People dont use "pay by phone" (pay for nothing) you money be vanished... It is not worth while...

After have read this, i suggest the Team to change of (pay by phone) and stop all pay by phone who not respect the deal.

@ilikestriptease, if you've already contacted Celine, don't worry then, your problem will be solved. It will just take some time, when they have to contact Pagantis and sort it out, where's your money.

I dont think about money, i dont care for it. Was funny, but "pay by phone" breaking this. Today is last day in VG - sorry. I dont will money or credits, you will taken this money on "water for Africa" or something... Thanks for nice moments and Good Bye!

you have a bad information.

with phone we can only get 1 credit for 2 euro, then a little less of 2 minutes.

1.35eur par appel 0.34 eur par minute

made 1.35 34 the 1 minute and more 0.34 eur the second minute - total 2.03 you have 3 second for cut the communication then i imagine for be sur lot user not cut quick and then pay 2.37 euro.

if you cut the ligne before the 2 minutes i imagine you lost the communication.

edit, you can't thinks i get one minute i cut, that not work.


now, just a suggestion, To Team, i know we can pay by seconds, why not find one service, if that exist, then if we leave to must time we lost only the communication for 3 or 4 second and not for 1 minute start.

i suggest you @ilikestriptease to open one little bank account and pay totem with, then you never more have problem. you made the time for have the money.

@ilikestriptease, Totem (VGHD) is absolutely NOT guilty in this what have happened. You get your credits, when Totem receives your bill. This is the usual way. No money - no credits, plain and simple.
If you have to blame someone - blame Pagantis. These guys there are responsible of the correct money transfer, not Totem.
