buying by sms/phone

as said on a post before there wasn't an sms method of payment, now there is but i tried both paying by phone and with sms. With the sms nothing comes back no code no info no nothing with the phone call i note down the code but it still tells me it is wrong :S is it some kind of a technical problem or what?
